She not only helps with eating habits, but she teaches to have a shift in your mentality. She was able to turn foods I was afraid of into a tool to reach my goals as an athlete. Her approach is something that sets her apart from other dietitians. She doesn't treat you like someone who is ill, and she didn't give the pity party a lot of other "professionals" do. She is not intense or pressuring, she is simply honest with what needs to be done to get better. She never makes anyone feel judgement or shame even if things aren't going perfect. Maria made me fall in love with running and I still use the nutrition advice she gave me every single day as an athlete. Overall, there are not enough good things I can say about Maria and how much of an impact she has on my life.

Maria is the kind of gal who will push you to your limits without letting you fail. When she sees someone with a goal or even the hope to change, she'll be there to catch you when you fall and get yourself back on the right track. She's a straight shooter, and it helps when so much of what we experience with changing our eating or exercising habits turns into convincing ourselves we can get away with one cheat day here or there. She'll call you out on it and teach you how to hold yourself accountable and ultimately regain control over your life. Couldn't recommend her more.

Andrew truly is the jack of all trades. Just looking at qualifications, Andrew has his Master's in Exercise Science, his Doctorate in Nutrition, along with many other various certification. Not to mention 20+ years of experience in the industry! Experience and Knowledge aside, what really sets Andrew apart is the type of person that he is. He brings a lot of positive energy where ever he goes and is the type of guy that everyone in the gym knows. Another thing is he has such great dedication with all his clients and it shows when training because you can tell that he's always focused on you, your safety, as well as your results. Andrew never puts his client through any work out that he hasn't done himself, so he knows how far to push and how challenging it is. Though his own expertise is extensive and rooted in both academic and practical experience, he often consults with outside professionals in order to find the best possible solution for me. With regards to nutrition, Andrew has partnered with me to move past years of disordered eating patterns in a healthy and sustainable way: creating delicious and adaptable meal plans while also offering support as I work through a complicated relationship with food. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew as a personal trainer, nutritionist and quality human being.

It's hard to decide what is real when there is so much conflicting information out there and having a professional talk you through it all is so much better than trying it alone. She uses science and fact to help you make reasonable and good choices with your food. I trust her and think I am going to start to finally see results after years of frustration.

We all know regular western doctors are totally useless but even my previous functional doctor who was well respected ran me up a 10k bill with barely any results! So I came in already with a negative attitude, just assuming I'm too far gone at this point. To my surprise, In the two months I have had meetings here I have made more progress with than the entire last year and they are way cheaper than the previous functional doctor!! So please learn from my mistakes and always go with pay per visit doctors NOT pay in advance programs or the "shill my own brand of supplements" types. I can only say good things about everyone who works here like the ND Tali and the admin staff who are very competent and kind. I'm still kind of blown away by how smart yet humble Dr Rob is. I would have to disagree with the bad review here because you need at least 3 sessions for him to dig into the case so you can accurately pass judgement, even if it's going in a different direction than you anticipated he will drop serious knowledge. So my only complaint is I should have come here sooner!

I have never heard about "Intuitive Eating" and "Health at every size" before, and when Rhonda started to talk about it, seemed pretty scary first. I did not know anything else, but diet.
