10/21/19 I've been going here for months! However this will be the last time .... There was a young lady in the front office who was incredibly RUDE !! They were very busy and I don't mind waiting but she needs to learn some people skills. Apparently it was time for her lunch and there were about 5 people ahead of me one elderly lady was there who had an 11:30 appt, it was after 12:30 when I arrived! She kept asking for help and all the girl would say (rudely) is I'm at lunch ? There was no one at the front desk. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.There is a way to speak to people and explain the situation without being ugly, the whole room heard it and was disgusted with her behavior!! I personally left and went elsewhere.. and I won't be back !! I believe this employee should be repermanded and be given some Customer Service training!! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This clinic is the absolute worst. And the woman that works in the front is extremely rude. First: I will start by saying that I spaced and forgot my forms at home and the woman said ok just have them faxed. My doctor was at lunch so I left and ran an errand and came back when I was able to have her fax over the paper work. My doctor faxes the paperwork but says she doesn't know if it'll be clear enough. So before I go back I call and tried several times to get someone on the phone. I couldn't. -So I just go back up to the clinic and see my faxed over medical forms with all of my info including my address etc sitting on the desk (facing the waiting room) out for anyone to be able to read. I'm not sure if the clinic is supposed to keep my medical information confidential but if they are (which id obviously prefer) they definitely aren't following that policy. -a guy even got so frustrated and told the woman can you please stop calling people back and helping them when you haven't even finished helping me yet. He had been waiting at the front desk for a while as well and the woman would answer one question walk off and he'd have to wait another 10 min for her to get to him again. -Anyway I wait at the desk 15 minutes with staff walking by not acknowledging or greeting me at all, I was standing there to confirm the documents were okay before electronically checking in and waiting.... nobody ever came so I just sat down and assumed it was okay... when they FINALLY call my name 40 minutes later I go back and they say oh we can't see you because we need the originals not the scanned copies! I'm like are you serious?! *keep in mind the woman in the front TOLD me to have it faxed. read more

MALPRACTICE STAY AWAY! I came here to get my blood drawn. When the attendant pierced me with the needle, he went STRAIGHT THRU MY VEIN! I came home and the next day, the injection sight on my arm was severely bruised, had a massive bump, and was severely painful. I could not bend my arm at the elbow because of the severity of the pain! This is a rookie mistake done by the attendant and should never happen, especially at a place like Quest. I went back to show Quest my arm the next day, they would not release the attendant's name so I could file it in my corporate complaint. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I have been to this site many times. Sometimes I remember to set up an appointment. When I arrive I sit no longer than 5-7 Mins, not bad! When I (just walk) in I go either early in the morning or right after lunch. Even without the appointment, I'm in and out of there no longer than 10-15 mins, very good! I have never been hurt by the needle at this location. It is clean and they are professional enough for me. Personally, I do not understand these silly complaints. Of course, they are going to make a mistake from time to time, every place does! There is one complaint where the person drawing this woman's blood went thru her vain, and the first thing she talks about is (malpractice). I have had that happen to me a couple of times in my life, not at Quest. Although it kinda hurts and it sucks, but malpractice!?! Silly. Overall with all these people they are serving every day and thru-out the week they do a pretty good job! Btw: Lady, A POS is the same as an HMO... no PPO, This I know, I work in the mental health field... I find that it is kinda human nature for people to complain and see the negative in most things or experiences rather than the good that people are doing every day... Agnes the nurse at this location was amazing I went to get blood work done yesterday she was so comforting and so sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and made great conversation. It's very important for people in the medical field to ensure patients comfort and safety . Terrible service. I went to get some lab work done. I was a walk-in and I didn't have to wait long. Allia (I think that's how you spell her name) took my samples). After she took my samples she wanted me to sign a form. Signed the form and started to read it. SHE RIPPED IT OUT OF MY HANDS. She told me that I wasn't allow to read it. I told her to give it back because I was reading what I was signing and she said NO. That all I needed was to verify the spelling of my name. She refused to give it back, to let me read it and told me to leave. She actually told me to leave not once, but two times and that the form was not for me to read. Not only that, but she was fixing her hair and redoing her pony tail in the room. Worse place, very rude and not clean at all. Someone else had posted a picture of the door being disgustingly dirty. It still has not been cleaned. Find another place to get your labs done. This people are not good. read more

Employees don't know how to run insurance properly. My insurance card clearly reads point of service meaning I have both hmo and ppo benefits. Quest is and has always been covered under my ppo. The staff was refusing to complete my blood draw stating I had hmo and it wasn't contracted with my medical group. They finally called billing who told them to do the draw, I'm covered. They still billed my insurance incorrectly as hmo. I contacted my insurance who called quest who refused to resend it properly as ppo billing. Luckily I have good insurance and they redid it on their end manually otherwise quest was trying to bill me for $2000+ versus the less than $10 I was supposed to be billed. Interestingly I went to another quest location after this experience and had no issues. read more

Unfortunately I didn't have as good as an experience as I've had in prior visits. I did not get her name, but it's the younger woman not the older woman who has always taken courteous care with me. The woman did not greet me at all, except to say sign in and wait to be called... Umm I am a client utilizing your clinic thus bringing in business- further thusly (hmm a word?), keeping you with employment- ACT LIKE YOU KNOW THIS! Use your words & greet a person. Customer service 101 people. Anyway, I was called for my draw rather quickly as it was only a person or two ahead of me, but then the rude woman informed me that I had two balances owing (which upon calling I found out was incorrect- there was only one & no big deal I paid it via phone with the rep I spoke with while still there); my issue was that this woman told me if I did not pay I would not get my lab work. Excuse me but, that's not the way you communicate to someone. She said it so sharply & with no common courtesy- instead of saying let me see what this is about & see if we cannot resolve this matter. Instead she treated me as if I had hundreds of dollars of balances owing to them (btw, my balance was only $25+), & spoke with me as if I hadn't been going there for years as a good client with GREAT insurance. I am having surgery for the second time in 7 mos. with more to come, & this draw was for my pre-op work up. Therefore, I was already anxious and a bit with nerves due to that fact, so when she said what she wasn't gonna do in the sharp tone & manner in which she did, I let her know she needs to work on how she speaks to people. Considering that most people there obviously have something of a health issue anyway. ***Also, she speaks loudly about the balance owed so that everyone waiting can hear your personal business. So unprofessional & inconsiderate... Smh. Needless to say, she came to do my draw but I requested the other woman, since the mean one still seemed quite attitudinal. Sooo, there goes the 4 star rating I'd given last time & I hope they get their customer service skills all the way UP. **Btw, the restroom smelled badly & needed a thorough cleaning. Prepared for the worse, I came in and only had to wait five minutes before going to have my blood drawn. When I did have it drawn, it was absolutely painless! I wish I could give this place a 1 star review. This is a medical labatory in which people come in to get various tests done. I walked in to do a breath test. Apparently my blood work was also submitted to the same office directly from my doctor. Without expressing my anger for their billing practices (I was billed twice because they couldn't connect the pieces between my blood work and my breath test so it counted as two visits, even though I only visited once) I would absolutely never again step foot in this office. This office is filthy. It's a medical office, one would think it would be kept clean and maintained, absolutely not the case. I took a picture of the chair in the exam room so everyone can see how disgusting it is. How do you not clean your furniture? Am I wrong to expect a medical lab that has patients coming in to maintain some level of cleanliness? If we can see this filth, than what can we not see? read more
