You put your clinicians into the awful position of exercising this cruel treatment on regular people. How do they feel about this exploitation? This is not how business works. You offer a service that expects specimen drop off, it is unacceptable to demand patients wait as a "walk-in" "appointment". Drop offs are NOT appointments.
