While I am confident in many areas of my life, I am absolutely terrified of needles, blood, and medical procedures. I was a bundle of nerves, dreading the procedure and appointment. Dr.Colombo immediately put me at ease. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and treated me with respect, kindness, patience, and humor. During the procedure, I was squirming, shaking my legs and doing my best not to panic. She never made me feel embarrassed. Her skill and professionalism were outstanding, but what impressed me the most was her compassion. She turned a stressful situation into one where I felt cared for, and safe. I highly recommend Dr. Colombo and am very grateful for her educated clinical expertise and experience. She has the BEST "bedside manner" for a doctor !!! MAHALO NUI LOA !!!

They didn't have a lot of doctors on staff, but it wasn't a busy day when we went. I would understand if I was a walk in, but my appointment was at 9:30 am. The email confirmation even said to arrive 15-20 minutes early. I almost wonder if urgent care would have been more efficient. In my opinion, it is ridiculous to wait this long when you've made an appointment, especially with 0 communication. At least let me know you are running behind or give me the option to come back at a different time. Often times patients are squeezing in these appointments in between their own work days, kid pick ups, etc. I think there needs to be more courtesy for patients. I'm just thankful I wasn't extremely ill having to wait this long! Thankfully the appointment with my doctor went great, but I'd love a bit more communication. During the visit, I heard an older woman asking how much longer, so the doctor left and went to talk to her and even tried to reschedule. This just proved that there needs to be more communication along the way.
