Most of the negative reviews about this location are about parking, a slow elevator, and an undesirable check-in service. All of which I don't think is fair or reflective of the actual care you receive. I thought parking was easy, I took the stairs, and the check-in was simply on my phone, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I would definitely return here.

I came into this location last Tuesday and got an Asian lady with a mustache who jabbed the heck out of my arm. It stung the entire time and she was moving the needle around each tome she switched the tubes and I told her it hurt and she just said "Well these things just hurt sometimes" I was trying to be tough and so I was nice and didn't complain. When I left my entire arm was bothering me for the whole day, especially the point where she drew blood and it was still sore and itchy all day the next day. It's now Friday and my bicep is still incredibly sore and I still have a bruise where she drew blood. I hope she is more caring and gentle with her future customers. It's so much farther than these other ones...but man did I ever have to eat my own words. For context, we were trying to get blood work done for my mom who has late stage dementia. Even though we had worries about how this was going to go due to her illness, we had such an easy time here thanks to the staff. Xandy, our phlebotomist, went above and beyond with the service she provided. She helped us draw blood from my mother flawlessly and helped us navigate a customer service call with ease. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I'm not exaggerating. Shout-outs to the manager/supervisor who helped us as well, unfortunately didn't catch her name but she also helped suggest fixes for our little online registration mix up.
