I was the only patient in the office at the time. If the office was empty, I don't understand why patients are required to pay a $50 appointment fee online before even arriving, especially when that fee cannot be applied to the visit itself. I left without being seen, and in tears.

Highly recommend this facility. Appointment was quick and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Richard and Al were knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly and guided me through the procedure painlessly. The wait was like 5 minutes, and they came out and brought me to the back. I learned that they also have a technician working on Saturday! Just came back again today for some more X-Rays and Al was extremely helpful. He was very quick with the process. They didn't have a lot of doctors on staff, but it wasn't a busy day when we went. We wound up needing some more extreme tests and they called around to other Hoag hospital locations and were able to get us a STAT CT scan that same day. The doctor asked a lot of questions and was very thorough. This is a nice local urgent care and way better than going to any emergency room or waiting three months to book with your own doctor!
