The first weekend on June I took my girl in for a cough that has been bothering her for a little bit too long and the process from start to finish was so efficient and more importantly, compassionate and down to earth. The staff here are so so sweet that I had to ask to have everyones names written down so I can give a SHOUT-OUT. First and foremost, thank you to our PA-C who saw us Flo, she had such good energy start and end and was very thorough with the process and does not add anything unnecessary like some providers do to run up the bill (and trust me...we've had our fair share), but gets to the point and I LOVE THAT! The M.A. who helped us Minnie, so sweet and my daughter typically gets uncomfy when triaging, but with Minnie's bright aura, she was at ease! And Dominique! I think that was her favorite person at the end of the visit because she surprised her with the toy she wanted from the toy machine (which is so nice they have that to begin with) from the clinic's trade box as well as some fun sticker sheets too, and like the last two lovely ladies, amazing energy as well. Congrats to Cali Quick Urgent Care for having a great team and I am so glad we have found this place. **Just FYI to parents or other patients, I could hear other parents getting out of the room to ask when they are getting seen, I've waited over 2 hours at another urgent care before so people need to have a little more courtesy and patience as I think there is only 1 provider. If you rush the provider, that can jeopardize care for your kid by rushing them!!! But if Flo ever sees this, we appreciate you and we understand, you GO GIRL!!!!!!!

Extremely Frustrated with Billing Practices and Poor Customer Service…read more I am beyond frustrated with this urgent care, and after repeated issues, I will no longer be bringing my family here. Every time we visit, we pay our copay at the time of service, yet they continue to send us bills for visits we have already paid for. It feels as though they are hoping patients will simply pay twice without questioning it. I have contacted them about this problem more times than I can count. On one occasion, I even went so far as to send their billing department a copy of my credit card statement showing the copayments I had already made. Despite all of this, the problem continues. What makes this situation absolutely outrageous is that when I called them last week, I was told that they had sent my bills to collections! Imagine repeatedly trying to resolve a billing issue, providing proof of payment, and still having to deal with the threat of collections over charges you believe you have already paid. This is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of accountability and organization. Unfortunately, the problems do not stop with billing. Last week, I took my daughter in for an appointment, and we waited for literally an hour despite having an appointment. Their customer service used to be the main reason I continued going there, but even that has gone downhill significantly. I gave this place multiple chances to correct its mistakes, and I have spent far too much time trying to resolve issues that should never have happened in the first place. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem, they have made the experience unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I am done. I will be taking my family elsewhere and would strongly encourage others to keep a close eye on their bills and payment records if they choose to use this facility. Paying your copay should not turn into an ongoing billing nightmare, and patients should not have to fight repeatedly to prove they have paid what they owe.

I believe it is the owner that is there on all of the other days, which is every day, but Friday, Saturday and Sunday to the best of my knowledge. I do not recommend this urgent care.
