They didn't have a lot of doctors on staff, but it wasn't a busy day when we went. We wound up needing some more extreme tests and they called around to other Hoag hospital locations and were able to get us a STAT CT scan that same day. The doctor asked a lot of questions and was very thorough. This is a nice local urgent care and way better than going to any emergency room or waiting three months to book with your own doctor!

The first weekend on June I took my girl in for a cough that has been bothering her for a little bit too long and the process from start to finish was so efficient and more importantly, compassionate and down to earth. The staff here are so so sweet that I had to ask to have everyones names written down so I can give a SHOUT-OUT. First and foremost, thank you to our PA-C who saw us Flo, she had such good energy start and end and was very thorough with the process and does not add anything unnecessary like some providers do to run up the bill (and trust me...we've had our fair share), but gets to the point and I LOVE THAT! The M.A. who helped us Minnie, so sweet and my daughter typically gets uncomfy when triaging, but with Minnie's bright aura, she was at ease! And Dominique! I think that was her favorite person at the end of the visit because she surprised her with the toy she wanted from the toy machine (which is so nice they have that to begin with) from the clinic's trade box as well as some fun sticker sheets too, and like the last two lovely ladies, amazing energy as well. Congrats to Cali Quick Urgent Care for having a great team and I am so glad we have found this place. **Just FYI to parents or other patients, I could hear other parents getting out of the room to ask when they are getting seen, I've waited over 2 hours at another urgent care before so people need to have a little more courtesy and patience as I think there is only 1 provider. Took 4 calls to get through to their 3rd party billing company, who said it herself they have "odd" billing practices. Make sure you check your bill when you get it, you might not have to pay a lot but your insurance is being milked.
