Same as others who have reviewed, Kim - the nurse who does the blood draws - is great, very friendly and I really appreciate the ease and available of the blood draw service because I hate to go to Quest or an outside lab for my blood work To the person who commented that she thought it was "both good and bad" that the office wasn't "busy" when she came in - no, that was GOOD (not bad at all) because what it means is appointments are not overbooked, and it means patients who are scheduled are "in and out" in a timely fashion. For the record, I never feel rushed, the Dr. always spends lots of time with me. It's a very friendly office.... I almost feel like I'm visiting friends when I go. I'm very comfortable, and appreciate the cozy, old-fashioned feel of the office What I like most about Dr. Roberson's practice is I can communicate with her via a secure medical communication service that allows me to send her questions I have, or request refills, and get answers back quickly, without the need to make an appointment. I have never had such a service with other doctors, and it's great. She also has a daughter who is a nutritionalist, and her services can be scheduled too, plus sometimes I'm invited to free seminars about diet, etc., for guidance on staying healthy.
