It's basically a one-woman operation, yet she keeps everything running smoothly -- from check-in to paperwork to the actual blood draw -- all while staying calm, professional, and kind. The office feels clean, organized, and respectful of patients' time. I've had less positive experiences at other locations, which makes the level of care here stand out even more. You can tell Jude genuinely takes pride in what she does, and it shows in how efficiently the whole office runs. If LabCorp leadership ever reads these reviews, this location is a perfect example of how much impact one dedicated professional can make. She deserves real recognition (and probably more support).
