I understand Saturdays can be busy, but the solution should be a better workflow...not moving or canceling patients who made appointments. I also had issues with the check-in system because my appointment had been removed, and I was told the blood work would be billed as a sick visit even though the prescription was associated with a physical. Based on my experience working in insurance, this raised serious concerns about whether the billing was being handled correctly. Overall, the staff may be dealing with a high volume of patients, but that shouldn't come at the expense of people who took the time to schedule appointments. I would not recommend this location unless they significantly improve their scheduling, workflow, and billing practices.
