The staff was professional, courteous, and welcoming, and the phlebotomist who assisted my daughter and me was especially kind, patient, and professional. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this LabCorp location!

This was a very disappointing experience. I scheduled a 7 AM Saturday appointment for blood work,…read morebut when I arrived, there was a long line because the office had been struggling to process walk-ins. Instead of honoring my appointment, they canceled it and told me I could wait as a walk-in. This was never communicated to me beforehand, so I drove there expecting to be seen at 7 AM only to have their scheduling issues become my problem. They eventually put me on a waiting list and texted me about an hour later, but by then I had already left. I understand Saturdays can be busy, but the solution should be a better workflow...not moving or canceling patients who made appointments. I also had issues with the check-in system because my appointment had been removed, and I was told the blood work would be billed as a sick visit even though the prescription was associated with a physical. Based on my experience working in insurance, this raised serious concerns about whether the billing was being handled correctly. Overall, the staff may be dealing with a high volume of patients, but that shouldn't come at the expense of people who took the time to schedule appointments. I would not recommend this location unless they significantly improve their scheduling, workflow, and billing practices.

I went on a Sunday because of a worrisome insect bite. The provider was a very rude and unprofessional person.
