Just came back from lab corps in Bernardsville. The website said they were open until 3 , I was there at 2:30, The door was locked. Is a delivery man came out, So I asked the person in charge if she could please do my blood work and she said no they close at 2:30. She pointed to the door and told me the sign said they close it to 30. That was a little paper sign undernea the other times that said they were open until 3. Very annoying. read more

Waiting room was empty - read that again, I'm not making isht up - at 8:20am on a Wednesday! At the Morristown Labcorp it's standing room only in the morning, so I am starting to think that B'ville is the smart choice for lab work. This time I actually had an appointment but I guess it wasn't necessary. In at 8:20, stuck at 8:24, out at 8:25. Woot. I don't like that they ask immediately for a credit card along with your insurance card. I declined to provide it and apparently that was ok, the receptionist didn't insist. read more

Great experience! Super friendly receptionist (i guess i got the nice one). Had an appointment at 9:00 and was out by 9:15 (i did fill out paperwork online first however). Phlebotomist was very friendly and efficient too. Sure, they ask for your cc right away (as another reviewer noted) but when I explained why I wasn't giving it to them, the receptionist was fine with it. Really, you can't fault them for wanting to be paid. My former insurance used labquest and an hour + wait was a given. This experience was so much better! read more

I have to get routine bloodwork frequently and this location is very convenient. Giving blood is never fun, but I have to say that both Dionne and Monica are fantastic. It's always a very fast and easy process to get signed in, processed and get blood drawn. I will continue going to this location because of the ease of making appointments and the attention to customer service. read more

I would give them zero starts if I could. Other than the technician being fast to take the blood sample, the whole experience was a disaster. In a first order, some tests were not done and I had to go back to give more specimens and there were rude and careless, and still got the order with mistakes again. Then I guess I didn't learn the lesson and went back with another order and again they missed some tests from a second order and I had to go back again for extra specimens, and even after the second time, they still didn't perform all the tests that were requested in the order. With a lot of effort, unpleasant visits and customer service calls, I got some incompleted and wrong tests. So frustrated. read more

Visited yesterday for routine labwork. I had an appointment and was done in 5 minutes. The place was clean, staff was professional and efficient, and phlebotomist was amazing. Didn't feel a thing. Will definitely return to this location. read more

Waiting Room Empty Staff was Exceptionally Nice I did not have a bad experience... I love to read comments that ppl make to see what there experience was. What I notice with All the Labcorp I've been to they all have the same procedure 1. Sign In and Have a Seat until your called 2. Once Your called Have your Prescription, Insurance Card, Credit card and Photo I.D. available If You have never been there before fill out a patient information form 3. Once all your information is entered into their computer you go back for your lab work So I don't understand why people dog these places out. We don't know what the receptionist or phlebotomist is going thru that day or the job itself I sit and watch how ppl constantly harass the receptionist or how rude ppl can be to the receptionist And Not once do you hardly hear the patient say good morning how are you to the receptionist. Everyone is in such a rush these days that they make everything about themselves that they expect quick and speedy service. Not realizing that the receptionist himself/herself has to make sure that everything that he/she enters into that computer is correct to make sure that all the test that's on your Prescription is correct so you will not have to come back. So cudos to the Phlebotomist and Receptionist who has to deal with the Rude Patients that's always in a Rush and who Expect High Expectations that shows little respect for the Jobs that gives you the results to your health.... read more

After reading the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, but I have to say, My experience could not have been better. They close at 3:00pm I walked in at 2:40 pm expecting them to tell me it was too close to closing, but no! The receptionist greeted me, I filled out the one form - handed her that, the script and my insurance card. She told me to take a seat, a minute later, they called my name, walked in, took a seat, got stuck, walked out! Could not have been easier! The 3 stars are for the phlebotomist who was outstanding but you had to get past the receptionist/gatekeeper first. She was rude, uncommunicative and had an attitude. Sadly, I hear this is true of the one in Randolph and Morristown as well. She also required my credit card which I found wasn't true when I called corporate. I went to do a blood work, I never feel that painful when I did blood work in the past in the other circumstance. I did not complain as I don't want to be so sensitive. However, my husband did the blood work in the same office with the same nurse. unbelievably, my husband's arm is still in black and blue after 6 days. And he is still in pain. read more

EXTREMELY RUDE receptionist this morning at 7AM. I went out of my way to go to this location becasue I heard that they have an excellent pediatric phlebotomist. (I can't comment on her, because I left and I'm not sure if I will return). This receptionist had a major attitude and I am surprised that she has not been let go, judging from the negative YELPS she has gotten. Different receptionists & very different experiences. Today, I had the terrible experience of a very unprofessional receptionist. She was rude and unhelpful. After making me fill out redundant paperwork (I had everything filled out already from the dr's office), she told me to walk down the hall to drop off the lab work. She neglected to even tell me the room or drop box location. Isn't that part of the job?! Based upon the other reviews, I'm not the only patient to have met this unprofessional receptionist. I'm surprised she has a job interfacing with the public. Last week, the other receptionist was quite helpful, didn't require additional paperwork, gave clear directions, and had a professional demeanor. Good luck on your experience if you must go here. I, however, will choose a different location. read more

I had my blood drawn this week. when I asked the receptionist for my drivers license after she asked for it, she said she was still entering my data. I didn't realize I left the lab without getting it back. I only realized they still had it this afternoon. I was there yesterday at 8 am. I am very surprised that no one called me to say that I left it there since they have all of my info. including my phone number. it seems impossible to get a live person on the phone. now I will have to wait until Monday. also, they close at noon so if you call at 11:45 no one will answer. I am counting on the staff to have my drivers license waiting for me. the receptionist was a little frazzled but she was fine. the woman taking my blood was very friendly but bruised me badly. I have been told by many phlebotomists that my veins are extremely easy. I'm very vascular and I could probably take my own blood, my veins are very obvious because I am lean and muscular.
