I walked in and there was literally only one customer there. As the female employee was assisting the other customer, she peered out behind the counter to ask if I'd filled out the paperwork online by scanning the code. I immediately did so while standing in line and was assisted right after. A few people came in after me and while the young man assisted me, his computer locked up and he had to refer me to the other employee. Unfortunately the customer who was waiting behind me was able to go in front of me and I ended up behind him in the Covid testing line even though I was in front of him for registration long before he even came in. I feel like they should have let me go first. It's my only complaint and a valid one since I was feeling very much under the weather. They swabbed me very quickly and I had questions to which the young lady who swabbed me referred me to a nurse for my questions to be addressed especially since I was having symptoms. I felt like they were professional, kind and extremely patient with me. I couldn't ask for anything more when dealing with a business especially a business that is dealing with my health.

The good: -minimal wait (after I cleared the check in guy who was super slow) -tests themselves were fairly quick -PCR results were available in about 36hrs The bad: -we were told that we would be text the results but we never received the text! Had to call to ask status, which was an ordeal (see point below) -calling in was a nightmare. Hold time was 20min+ and they kept dropping the call so I had to call back several times. Overall it's not bad the receptionists have been cold but for the most the staff are helpful. Walk-ins are a go here which is good and the waiting area is a decent size compared to a lot of other clinics. Checking in has never been all that bad and as of writing this review they have kiosks now that check you in very quickly. Of course if your primary provider will do blood work go there but this Labcorp has always been a fairly smooth place to do it.

Aside from the alcohol wraps found on the floor in the room the facility appeared clean. After a 40 minute wait with a toddler I asked front desk for an estimate time wait so I can take the restless toddler out for a walk in the hallway. The front desk was unclear with a time frame yet stated I can go for a walk and be called. Needless to say the front desk didn't call me yet another patient did. As I returned I was only called in to hand in the lab referrals. Again the wait time was unclear and back to the hallway I went until another patient called for me. During the 40 mins wait another patient asked an employee for masks. That employee asked the front desk to guide her to them. The front desk responded with a sarcastic reply that she should know where it is and to get it herself. I recommend staff being a bit more welcoming. A "hi" or "good morning" comes a long way. Maybe even having the tv on for all in the waiting room instead of sitting in awkward silence starring at one another. Overall, the phlebotomist was great with my toddler doing her best to entertain him from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Bring enough entertainment as you're wait on a weekend is no less then an hour. If possible bring sufficient snacks for a little. Good luck.

We have repeatedly waited for simple tasks and test results to be given / sent. This includes waiting upwards of 40 mimutes at the actual therapy clinic. ... more than once! The facility is either arrogant or does not care about their job or their clients... either way it's unacceptable.

Almost two weeks later I am in my doctor's office and the results are not there even though I called TopLab several times in advance to make sure they were providing the results to my doctor immediately to no avail. In my doctor's office, his nurse had to request them and then TopLab faxed pages where some of the results were not legible. My doctor called them and asked for an important specific result and they wouldn't give the doctor the information he requested over the phone. The dispensary is not very clean and the person taking blood laid the empty vials on a hand/arm of the chair which is touched by every person coming in and not a hygienic surface. When I mentioned it, the nurse said it is ok, it didn't fall on the floor. Find another lab for your bloodwork.....

If that was the case I would've scheduled an appointment to avoid the wait. The lab tech was very rude when I tried to explain and she said well read the sign you gotta sign in but the kiosk doesn't allow you to select specimen drop off. You also cannot talk to anyone because they have the office boarded up so it's just the kiosk and no personal interaction. I will be letting my provider know now to use Quest moving forward as labcorp is always my preferred choice.
