After calling them many times I asked them if they over charged me and they told me " well yes and no" they told me to wait a few weeks and it will be sorted out and to not be worried unless I get a bill. Well now I am getting a bill from the doctor for $1045, that I already paid to the surgery center. I have called my doctors office and the told me that they have no had any communication from them and they have not been paid from them for the service. I had since had the right-hand carpal tunnel done by the same doctor in October but out of the other facility he works out of and they informed me that they have already been paid for that procedure so not sure what the surgical center is holding my money. I have called twice today with no response and now working on trying to issue a charge back with my credit card company to pay the doctor directly. Will never go here again.

His office staff is what gives him only one star. The desk staff are extremely unfriendly burnt out and truly impatient not answering questions until the important copay is paid in full cash/check only. They need an office manager who can revamp their scheduling system and realistically make a what is already a very stressful visit more positive friendly and reassuring as possible. Positivity goes a long way. Negative energy is felt and I felt not heard or understood and the conversations and complaining while use of cell phones by staff was overheard and felt in waiting room. I go to MyChart to schedule a follow-up with Denise, and I can't schedule an appointment, there are NO PROVIDERS LISTED!! Also, there was no way to send a message!! I call the office next, and I'm transferred to someone who tells me "You've been discharged from this practice!! SHOCKED!! ME?? WHY?? All that was explained to me was that "They are short staffed". Next, I was told that they would provide 1 month of medication while I find another provider. Now, for most people this might be ok, but for me, I'm on Controled Substance meds, and finding another provider is More than Difficult, and I explained them of this; THEY DID NOT CARE!! I gave all of my personal info, and provided the location and phone number of the local CVS, which was in Salem, where we'd be spending the day, as well as my own phone number. I did not receive any call back confirming that the message was received, etc. So I called again, at about 9:35. I was told the prescription had been "called in". Ok, great. We did some sightseeing at I went to the CVS at 11:30 assuming the prescription would be ready or nearly ready. I was told it was never received. Called the Dr office again. I was told that the Dr on duty never looked at it because he was busy with patients. Ok, but I'm a patient also, and I had iniated this request in the early morning, so could they please ask him to do it between patients she said she would ask him to do that. I returned at 1:30... STILL NOTHING. I called the Dr office and was told the same story. We went to lunch. I called the pharmacy at 330. THE PRESCRIPTION WAS A) NOT CALLED IN TO THAT LOCATION, BUT TO ANOTHER ONE IN SALEM; B) THE DR PRESCRIBED *A*FULL*30 DAY* SUPPLY* which I did not ask for, and the prescription coverage denied it because I'm not due for a FULL refill until October. NO KIDDING. BUT I ONLY ASKED FOR F I V E TABLETS. I called the Dr office A G A I N, told them what they did which was WRONG, and they proceeded to pit me.in hold then hand me off to someone who expected me to start from the beginning to explain it to her. NO THANKS. I called the CVS back, worked with the pharmacy to only fill it for 5 tablets, for which I had to pay out of pocket since the INEPT DR OFFICE called in the WRONG QUANTITY so the pharmacy could not run it through my prescription coverage for less than 30 day supply. Instead, I had the pleasure of meeting a doctor who laughed at my request for a full blood test as part of a physical, telling me that I was young and skinny, and therefore must be healthy, and don't need to see him. I was the only one in the office and brought back immediately. The technician took my vitals and I thought I would be in and out! I hear someone loudly talking outside the room about their weekend plans and their wife and kids. 20 minutes go by and I open the door to ask the technician if the doctor will see me soon and she pointed to the guy on the phone who even made eye contact with me and she said "when he is done with his calll".
