DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The photos say more than enough, but I'll share my experience with the office. This location is normally very crowded so be prepared to wait. Luckily I only waited about 15 minutes before being called to the back. You check in at a kiosk, then wait to be called to the front desk to hand over your prescription. The lady and the front desk and the lab tech that I had were both friendly and helpful. The tech was phenomenal! She found my veins with ease (which never happens) and had me in and out of her room in less than 5 mins. I was so nervous to get my blood drawn, that I didn't notice the condition of the room until afterwards. Then I walked into the bathroom and almost passed out! Dirty floor, sink falling off the wall, dusty pipes, no paper towels, no soap, no sanitizer- UNBELIEVABLE! I quickly alerted the front desk and she apologized and said she would let management know. That wasn't enough for me. I called corporate and of course was given the run around. I was promised a call back and here it is 2 week later and I am still waiting. They require that you wear a mask while in the office. I suggest wearing a mask and a hazmat suit cause it's disgusting in there! Stay far, far away from this place! I'll never ever visit this labcorp location or any other one ever again. The conditions of this office are deplorable and they need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!! read more

This is the worst experience with a blood draw I have ever had (and I have had many). Two weeks later I still have a large purple bruise on my arm from the damage that was done. The technician was not trained well. She got no blood at all from the first time she stuck me, so she tried the other arm with more determination. She did succeed in getting blood here, albeit with a great deal of pain and bruising. Most labs I have visited offer the use of a smaller, less painful pediatric needle when only one or two tubes of blood are required, but that was not an option here. Granted that this was only one technician, of the many they have, but Labcorp's training and evaluation are suspect so I will not take the chance of future damage. Never again will I go to Labcorp. read more

Not sure why all of the bad review, I got here early (9:30am) and there was no wait. Only one person ahead of me, I waited just a couple of minutes. The phlebotomist was great, he was very gentle and it wasn't painful. Often people have trouble finding my veins and I get poked and my vein gets punctured and I'm left with a giant bruise - not here! 5 stars, thank you to the gentleman that did such a nice job read more

This place is going form bad to worse, the wait time is unacceptable, the attitude like they don't want to be there.

As you arrive there's kiosk machines to check in. There is signs as well. Yet of the three only one is to be used. Chairs are sat apart to maintain good distance. Masks are a must. Aside from the alcohol wraps found on the floor in the room the facility appeared clean. After a 40 minute wait with a toddler I asked front desk for an estimate time wait so I can take the restless toddler out for a walk in the hallway. The front desk was unclear with a time frame yet stated I can go for a walk and be called. Needless to say the front desk didn't call me yet another patient did. As I returned I was only called in to hand in the lab referrals. Again the wait time was unclear and back to the hallway I went until another patient called for me. During the 40 mins wait another patient asked an employee for masks. That employee asked the front desk to guide her to them. The front desk responded with a sarcastic reply that she should know where it is and to get it herself. I recommend staff being a bit more welcoming. A "hi" or "good morning" comes a long way. Maybe even having the tv on for all in the waiting room instead of sitting in awkward silence starring at one another. Overall, the phlebotomist was great with my toddler doing her best to entertain him from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Bring enough entertainment as you're wait on a weekend is no less then an hour. If possible bring sufficient snacks for a little. Good luck. read more

I arrived early and was the first one to sign in. The workers were so slow everyone who came after me went before me. They are so disorganized. I was there on 8/27-24. The tech who came in room 2 took more than 10 mins to get ready. I felt uneasy with her. She told me to make a fist and she stuck the needle in and suddenly took it out and said open your fist. She the stuck the needle back in. Before that she dropped an item and picked it up and continued. Very unsanitary. read more

They do not answer the phones, nor do they respond to your voicemails. I have tried several times to 'correct' the spelling of my last name ( which has caused delays in my doctor receiving results and is preventing the posting to my portal) and no responds. Horrible! read more

This place was disgusting. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I can't believe something that is supposed to be so sterile could be so unclean feeling. This was my first time here as all my previous blood work and urinalysis have been done in my doctors office. The single bathroom was disgustingly dirty and smelled of urine. Also it's basically located in the middle of the office between all the patient rooms, so when you're in there, there's patients and doctors walking by the bathroom door, which had so many cardboard boxes stacked next to it that I could barely open the door. Inside the bathroom there is no where to hang a coat or bag so u have to place it on the floor. Some of the patient rooms don't have doors on them, or they choose not to use the curtains that are on some them because I walked by a bunch of other patients having blood drawn. The girl who took my blood was nice but she took forever to "find a vain" when I've never had this issue before when my doctors office used to do it's own bloodwork there. She seemed young and inexperienced. The place itself is like a madhouse if you go any time before 2 pm. Front desk does not give u proper directions or tell you what to do, so if ur not a routine visitor here you will walk around like a chicken without a head. I am honestly appalled, I don't even know what else to say about it. Try another location if you can. The parsippany location is like night and day it's clean and sterile feeling and much more comfortable. Even tho it's busier, i'd rather wait for a clean office than ever go back to this place again. read more

The lady at the front even directed us to sit in the "comfort room," so my daughter, who is immunosuppressed, could avoid the more-crowded waiting room. I arrived at 7:50 for my 8:15 appt and they started me at 8:00am. sweet! I was here for my 3 hour glucose test and had fasted for 12 hrs before I arrived. They took my blood and lead me into "the comfort room" which was, actually, quite comfortable. They had two plush recliners and a t.v so I immediately got cozy and watched morning shows until it was time to get my blood drawn (4 friggin times). Found the place very efficient, clean, and I left there impressed. Sore arms and all. read more

I had to go for the 3hr glucose test and saw the first review posted Of this labcorp site. I agree. I arrived at 7:30 and they took me in by 7:50. They have a quiet comfort room with comfortable recliners and a tv. If you are pregnant and have to do this test it's worth it coming here. Only thing is its slightly hard to find, no big sign up front, just Looks like a brick business complex, but gps got me there just fine. Staff and Nurse were very friendly and very good. I was worried since I had to get blood Drawn 4x, not a problem. I suggest coming here. read more

Had a scheduled appointment, checked in. Using their on-line check-in. Waited another 45 minutes, was never texted. Went inside wasn't even in the Que. When I asked why, and showed that I had a confirmation on my phone that I was checked in. I was told "Check in again." This is after fasting for 14 hours and taking my lunch break for this. I.C.Q. Search and Recovery is on YELP. WCCL/PathologyInc. owned by Laboratory Corporation of America failed to submit insurance claim w/in year of service. Collections contacted me 3 yrs after sevice. I.C.Q. Search and Recovery refused to speak w/ med. insurance. The letter addressed a charge for services in 2015 for the amount of $$$$. I found the bill I received. I had called the billing department with my medical insurance information in 2015 which PathologyInc/WCCL already had since they had submitted claims for other services in 2015. I never received another bill. after I called PathologhyInc/WCCL According to my then insurance, a claim was not submitted for the date in question. My insurance informed me if PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit within a year, they will not pay. My insurance requested that PathologyInc/WCCL resubmit with proof of timely filing; or have the PathologyInc/WCCL call my insurance. I called the collection agency I.C.Q., they refused to relay the information to PathologyInc/WCCL since the claim was not submitted within a year of service. I.C.Q. requested I submit the claim or pay the bill since it was my fault PathologyInc/WCCL did not submit the claim. I informed them I called PathologyInc/WCCL billing with my insurance information on date in 2015. I wrote the date and what information I gave them. I failed to write down the name of the operator. The I.C.Q. (Amber) said that I could be making up the information - without the name they cannot look at their 2015 logs to verify. Amber stated she will give me an extension of 60 days so GEHA could process the claim I SUBMIT. I did not bother to ask them to call GEHA at this point. The I.C.Q. (Amber) stated PathologyInc/WCCL sent 3 statements in all within 4 weeks of the service; the last one being my final notice which was received 25 days after service. I only received the last one and called the billing department with insurance info. Since I did not hear from them, I thought they were paid. My insurance was upset at how PathologyInc/WCCL and I.C.Q. are handling this issue. So I have and am filing complaints against Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. with the Better Business Bureau. bbb.org/consumer-complai... I am also filing with the Office of the Attorney General - fill out the Consumer Complaint Against A Business/Corporation Form against both Laboratory Corporation of America and I.C.Q. oag.ca.gov/sites/all/fil... I would give this place negative stars if I could. The worst experience with incompetent, uncaring, rude front desk person. I wish I had got her name. They lost the paper work for the blood work the doctor had ordered and was submitted to them. Not only did they not have the paperwork that had been submitted previously but they really did not care that this was their mistake. Having to put up with the inconvenience of fasting, could not get the blood work done and now we will have to do it all over again - get a new prescription, fast and get my son off school to get the blood work done (went on a Saturday and now have to go on a week day).How do people get away with such incompetence? They tried to get a credit card from me for $105 but I know for a fact that my insurance covers lab work at 100%. I walked out telling them that I needed to verify with my insurance and sure enough my insurance cs told me that I'm covered at 100%. I'm glad I didn't get my lab work done there. read more

THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! Completely disorganized and then they blame their lost files on the patients. Wish I had a way to give them zero stars. My doctor had faxed in a script and they lost it - could not find any record of it. Luckily, I had brought with me a copy of the fax transmission which the doctor gave me, showing date and time the doctor sent it. The Labcorp receptionist ridiculously denied ever getting the fax. She would not accept that fax receipt with the faxed copy of the prescription, instead insisted on an original signed prescription. I had to leave their office and go back to the doctor's office to get an original and then return back to them. All the while, the receptionist ordered me around like I was trash. While I was there, she treated everyone else in the same offensive and impolite manner, so it wasn't just me - she was just plain miserable. I suggest you visit another Labcorp office. That's exactly what I plan to do the next time. The Morristown office (across from Morristown Memorial hospital) is courteous, shorter waiting time, and well worth the extra time for me to get there. I'll do anything to avoid the abusive staff in the Livingston Labcorp office. Suggest you do likewise. read more

At the time my blood work was done I was ready to give it 2 or 3 stars as they are not clear in their directions what they expect from patients, mostly ignoring me and others and if not being rude. We're extremely slow to the point that I had to step out for a phone call and then be back at the end of the line (there were not many people but it took them over 10 minutes per patient as they were too busy chatting and being nasty). Only the person actually withdrawing the blood was nice hence I would give some credit for that. However the 1 star is deserved now as they not even were slow and rude, they also are clearly incompetent as mixed up my results with another patient and didn't proactively me nation that to my doctor's office leading to a lengthy back and forth. They wanted me to come back there - I'll try another Labcorp instead that's more conveniently located between my home and work and can't be as incompetent is this place. read more

It was Saturday. I came here because the Labcorp near my house is closed on Saturdays. I had to do a 3hr Glucose Tolerance test so I came at 6:45am before they open. After waiting in line, signing in and giving my script prior to waiting for another 15 minutes on my sit, the tech called my name and informed me that they do not perform this test on Saturdays. So I left without complain thinking that this is really their rule. So I waited the following week, Tuesday, (because that Monday was a holiday) and went to another facility near my home and learned that all LabCorp do this test even Saturday... most specially that I came early and they have enough time to finish this test. This place is awful. The wait is always at least an hour, and the waiting room is overcrowded and dirty. The reception staff borders on rude and they are not honest about the wait time. I asked today what the wait time would be and the woman said one hour. Then a couple of people in the waiting room told me that they were already waiting there 2 hours. After a half hour, only one person had been called in, and I realized that it would be more than 2 hours so I left. read more

Would not use this lab, brought 3 viles of blood work in to lab in same specimen bag, lost 1 of the three. Results have not been accurate in the past few weeks. Someone is not doing a responsible job lately. read more
