I felt especially bad for the two people ahead of me who had been waiting much longer and were also turned away. If you're not accepting walk-ins within the last hour, that should be clearly posted. They need more staff. There was only one woman doing the intake, blood work and processing.

Mismanaged computer appointment scheduling often "loses" appointments. Only a computer in the lobby so no person to assist with questions. Only ONE person on site doing everything for all appointments including the blood draws. Very poorly run. Hire more people. Qualified people need the work and quest is just being greedy trying to save money. Don't even think about trying standby here! read more

I made an appointment online and was disappointed that you don't get to speak to a human being when you arrive. The lobby has a computerized kiosk and is highly impersonal. Then you watch the appointment board until your name is next in order to enter. Once inside the staff was knowledgeable and friendly but the waiting and entry experience was weird . read more

Happy with their services overall. However, lately they had been sending wrong results, presumably due to being overwhelmed by the pandemic(?) Also, long wait times without appointment, a couple times people went ahead of me even tho I had an appointment and them without an appointment because they were 1. Loud and 2. Got there first. The worst customer service I went here to get my blood drawn it's close to my house and there the worst rude right when you walk in there unreal , no hi how are you ? Or how can I a help you ? Did you make an appointment? First thing outta the mouth of the woman in the front !!! I said no I don't have one , okay well what are you here for, I had left my paper work here I was in yesterday was told to come back, I didn't fast the day before so lady told me to come back , I had left my papers there the day before, she went on to tell the lady who was there yesterday if they she had my paper work , the lady came up to me asking about my dr orders one was missing I got on the phone and called right way the Nurse from my dr office asked to put her on speaker to okay the code the girl at the front seemed annoyed , my nurse from my dr office even felt her annoyance hee I am doing the work for them ! fasting no food no coffee nothing the girl got the code and then I hung up, she went into detail on my insurance i need to pay this and thag out my card on file I said why I have insurance PPO she said Invaee they don't cover you need to pay 377 and the other 77!Do you still want to do the test she said I was like what my dr is asking for this I need it done now your saying to me incase my insurance doesn't cover I need to pay and not at all nice just like bitchy demanding ! I told her no I scheduled this today I'm already fasting I need these down yes I'll pay ! If my insurance doesn't cover this she got my card information never Gave me my card back I had to grab it off the desk ! She checked out a patient another person walk-said the same thing the poor kid had just come from his appointment fasted it was 12 In the afternoon , she almost turned him Away over lunch ! No nice treatment then she got all the insurance info handled went on to draw my blood knew it would be bad! I was Already nervous had 7 vials to draw the customer service was god awful but I decided to go through with it due to coming back from the day before and also being fasted and having serious health test done! These people need to be better qualified I don't get it the lady the day before was rude looked as if he hated her job this girl was the same rude to customers I don't get it getting your blood drawn not fun! Having test done that are important Should be taken serious and the customer service should be on point not a circus it's a medical procedurewotg everything going on no you should not have to deal with poor service !!!! I will Never go back she poked my vein so hard I have a bruise, I got so mad I literally told her you guys are very rude here customer service is is god awful !!!! She had the needle in my right arm with no blood coming out I told her take it out she kept it pushing it in she left it there after I told her take it out my poor arm vein bruised! She said you want to continue? I said nothing been done I'm Fasting I'm not coming back again I said yes poke my other arm she did she was able to get two Vials done only I needed 5 more so now I have to fast go back!!!!!! I said I'm not coming back here you guys are rude awful customer service so crazy I was in a good mood and you leave so angry mad !! Never go back I'll drive 30 min all the way to La Quinta quest there please avoid this place there terrible there horrible attitudes poor way of drawing blood! what a terribly run facility!!!! made an appt, had to wait nearly 30 mins (what good is an appt) one person drawing blood! get a call from my doctors office 2 days later, they failed to draw all the tubes!!! returned today to have them drawn, waited 53 minutes to be drawn!!!! my time is valuable too! nurse here! that was my lunch! again one person drawing!!! and answering the phone and checking people in! whilst the other employee came and went thru the back door several times while there were 8 people waiting!!! never will i have labs drawn here! they clearly don't value us as people! read more

What a place!! When have actually enjoyed medical stuff? The women at this lab are amazing and I am certainly coming here if I get choose a lab. The nice manner and polite treatment is worth diving should I have to drive farther to come here. This place is great!! read more

The latino lady that has been at this location for several years and was wonderful to deal with has apparently been transferred to Quest's LaQuinta location. On my recent visit on 1/04/2017, there were 5 or 6 employees present that I had never seen before. I did not have an appointment (not required) but was the only patient there. For the most part, they were running around the clinic talking and laughing at each other while ignoring patients. After approx. 20 minutes, I was finally acknowledged - rudely - by a new staff member who was morbidly obese, had very poor personal hygiene and was extremely rude, arrogant, obnoxious and condescending. No apology for the long wait and failure to communicate. Actually treated me like she was doing me a favor. Disgraceful. If I ever use Quest again, it will not be at this location. Will probably change to Eisenhower Medical Center for lab tests. Two of of my neighbors have had the exact same experience at this location. read more
