I then was lucky enough to have had a GREAT Nurse Jenny who yes was informed, trained and had good working knowledge "BUT" more then that she had a great attitude and a great way of doing more to make one feel safe and good. She put a smile on my face for sure for doing more to make me be aware as well as to trust and feel safe.
