Today's visit was everything my prior experiences weren't. Instead of only 1 employee working, Labcorp had 3 workers. Instead of 12 million patients crowding inside the waiting room and spilling out outside the door in the hallway, I was the only patient in the room. Instead of arriving early and being seen late, as soon as I arrived (prior to appointment time) they took me in right away, and I was out of there before my scheduled appointment. Amazing. I get blood draws about 4 times each year, and I shall never return to Labcorp's competitor. I should've switched over to Labcorp years ago. I made a mistake staying with the other company, out of loyalty.

This location in particular is super popular, near the beach, the big shot Playa Vista community, the movies, etc. As a result, many tech and entertainment people go out of their way to come to this location. Lol The CSA of this experience (and to be quite honest multiple visits here) beyond a shadow of a doubt was Ms. Olga-who is essentially a super nice and kind gatekeeper here. They sent me home after 45 min for doing nothing at 5 am. It would be better if they can update their website and gives the public a little more information about only testing people who work for productions. Also, public walk-ins are not allowed as there are people, like me, being desperate for finding places to do Covid test.
