I felt like telling her if she doesn't like her job maybe look for another profession. Some of her comments: She asked what arm did I need I want the blood drawn. I said whatever is easier for you. She apparently did not like this response because she grabbed my arm and said" give me that arm. " "She asked me if I had anything to eat?" I had a frappe that day no breakfast but wasn't sure if that counted. So all I said was just a frapp and she response. " you don't need to tell me what you ate I don't care. People love to tell me what they ate and I don't need to know that. Just yes and no." When leaving I said thank you do I need to pay anything ? she said no so Angrily I'm like I'm just asking a legitimate question. Some places make me pay copayment

I'm writing a review because I had a great experience at this location - actually two great…read moreexperiences. I waited to write this until after my follow-up labs were completed yesterday just to make sure. Anyhow, whatever was going on with this place in the past to warrant the one-star reviews is not representative of what is going on today. I was nervous to go there because of the reviews, but now realize that was totally unwarranted. This is a very professional lab with a clean environment and professional staff. I was warmly greeted both times by Nately. She did the intake and my blood draws. Both times were professional, clean and pain-free. After the blood draws, she took my payment and gave me a receipt. No problem. I paid cash without insurance, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely come here again to get my labs drawn. Everything was processed quickly and sent to my doctor. Don't let the old reviews dissuade you.

This is a good option if you need a test in a hurry and don't have the time to wait in lengthy…read morelines. They offer rapid antigen testing and pcr testing. There was no wait on the day I went. The cost is $150 out of pocket and they do not accept insurance but you can submit the info to your insurance company in hopes of reimbursement. The reimbursement process is quite a pain but that's mostly because insurance companies don't make it easy. I had to collect additional Info such as procedure codes and diagnosis codes in order to submit my claim. Eazy Testing did respond to my emails with this info (responses sometimes took a few days but they did respond). After numerous back and forth a with my insurance company I finally got reimbursed from my insurance (took 2 months). Also in regards to receiving results - after taking my test they said if I don't receive a call within 20 mins then I should assume I'm negative. The actual paper results would be emailed later that night or next day. So although it says rapid results available within 20 mins, you don't actually get the proof of results for a number of hours (up to 24). The location itself is clean and felt safe, fast, and professional. Free parking in the lot.

I decided to come here because the location was convenient and because I was easily able to book an appointment online. They have rapid tests, the one that takes a couple of days. I opted for the rapid. It was not terribly invasive. My negative result was in my email shortly after I left. The girl who was working there was great. Very friendly and really put me at ease. I would recommend this place if you need a test.

Here is a positive review about something affiliated with UCLA. The laboratory…read more The UCLA laboratory is located on the bottom level of the 200 building in Westwood. You come in and you sign up and then there is a screen just like the screen at the DMV, although the wait isn't that long usually. I have been here multiple times for myself and my mother and I have to say everybody is always usually very pleasant. It's run very efficiently and the waiting room is comfortable with plenty of seating. Finally, UCLA did something right. I wish other UCLA departments were as easy and is efficient.

Los Angeles, Ca. Overall, I give high marks to this lab…read morebecause of the professionalism of the people who are drawing the blood samples (Phlebotomists). There can be hiccups though and if you are new here, be aware: If you don't have prominent veins, decline to have a new trainee draw your blood unless you're able to tolerate more than one poke. Try to get here as early as possible, like between 6:00 am - 7:00 am. This will enable you to park easily, especially if you use the Gayley St. entrance. If you happen to use the Westwood entrance, try to locate the 200 building parking area. Bring your cell phone. Check in at the kiosk keypad near the entrance to suite 145. You will be called twice, first to register at one of the three front windows, then at one of the blood draw stations that are through the door into the back room lab area. If you are not able to come early, your wait time after checking in may be up to 45 minutes. Parking becomes more difficult, just head to the lowest level and there are usually spots at the remote back end. When leaving the parking area try to chose an exit lane without a vehicle as many people have difficulty using their credit card in the machine for some reason or another. This can make for a lengthy delay in getting out of there.
