So my suggestion to you is to make an appointment. I could not believe the number of people in the waiting room, some of whom were being told they could expect to wait an hour or so. Lucky for me this place actually honors appointments, so I was moved right through and was registered, processed and poked in 30 minutes. Really impressive considering the amount of people in the waiting room. Um, bring a sweater and a blanket. These people think we are dead already but I have news for you. So disappointed...I came twice to this location to try and obtain a hair follicle test. Both times I made appointments and both time I was immediately dismissed...I was given business cards with different information both times. I came with a doctor order and was still asked to call around to find a specific code, for them to be able to find the test. There is no one ever available to ask any questions...the lab techs are impatient and unhelpful. I left this lab stressed out and anxious. I found a place 15 mins away in Kissimmee called "any lab test now" they are open til 5! Very friendly! Helpful! Fast!! Sorry quest, not coming back. read more

Quest diagnostics at Town loop in hunters creek, is the worst experience you will ever have.Early walk ins do not get seen for 2-3 hours. When you ask questions the workers are highly rude and volatile. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

This is a very busy and great location for quest. It was certainly busy on the day of my visit. The waiting area was clean and the phlebotomists worked through all of the appointments. I would never show up at this location as a walk-in as it will be a very long wait. Always make an appointment. Today, they were running about 30 minutes behind on the the appointment times so the walk-ins were not moving at all. My phlebotomist was amazing. Her name was Diana. Very friendly, nice and efficient. I'm not a huge fan of needles so I always look away from the work being done. Diana was so gentle, precise, and quick with the draw that I didn't think any blood was drawn. I took a peek to just verify and low and behold, she was finished. I didn't even know she was complete. A+++ phlebotomist. So, just remember, always make an appointment, take your medical card or insurance card, and have a credit card just in case they ask for it. Using the quest app, you may check in for the appointment 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. If you get to Quest a lot earlier than 10 minutes prior to the appointment, then utilize one of the three check-in kiosks in their lobby. read more

Arrived on time at the Quest Lab in Davenport, Florida, and surprise, no bathrooms available to do the urine test. Then the tech states they can't do this lab and that lab, when I get the same bloodwork every 6 months, so I know they have done all the tests that I normally get for the past 3 years, so I call bull crap. Don't expect good service at the Davenport Quest. I will never use them again unless Lab Corp goes out of business!!! If I could give a ZERO stars for review I would. Horrible experience. Oh and the tech was obviously not well as she was sniffling. Great way to make Seniors ill. What a horrible experience. read more

I've been to a couple Quest locations. I have a couple issues with this one. #1 - I had an appointment - wasn't taken in til almost an hour after my appointment time. #2 - had to give a urine sample - there were no wet wipes to clean the area (every other dr's office and Quest I've been to supplied those) #3 - the blood draw HURT LIKE THE DICKENS THE ENTIRE TIME and I had two bruises for two weeks! Someone I know suggested that the needle was put into the vein, traveled back out again, and then pulled back to the vein to get the blood? which would explain 2 bruises. #4 - they reviewed what the pricing would cost me for the bloodwork my dr ordered. After telling me that the one test was not covered at all and so I refused that one - they said I'd owe nothing. Just got a bill for over $40. I won't go back here -- and it's a shame because it's the closest one to my home. read more

Arrived 5 min early for my 11:30 appt. checked in online and waited outside. I received a text to come in and it took me about 45 seconds to enter the clinic. It was packed with walk in patients. I then waited a half hour until I flagged down an employee. My name was no longer on the waitlist. Apparently at this location when they call your name and you don't answer, they just call the next name. Forget the virtual queue. Forget your appointment. So 35 min after my appt and behind multiple walk in patients, I got my test. Word to the wise: wait inside. read more

There is a tech by the name of Mane she's Asian and she locked the door in my face 5mins before 11am and said she is closing because she still needs to see the people that are still in waiting area. Which were only 3. I drove an hr as someone said they would see me but she didn't care. Totally rude and unprofessional. If she does not like her job she needs to find another. Super impressed! Things have definitely changed since I last went. Super easy check in. The wait time was super quick. I was called straight back to the room and everything was handled there. The phlebotomist took my id and insurance right in the room. She proceeded to take my blood ( which in it's self was painless) then I was given the urine sample cup and shown the bathroom. After I was done I returned the sample to the room and I was done. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. read more

Staff is kind of rude, but this is one of the nicer Quests I've visited. As always, it's better to have an appointment, but walk ins are welcome. You check in at a tablet station then go to the waiting room. There's a tv that shows your name and estimated wait time. It's pretty accurate until someone with an appointment comes in. There names don't show on the list, so thats something they can improve on for more accurate wait times. Also, this wait time only includes your wait for the first waiting room. Once your name is called, you go to the back and give the receptionist your work order and they have you wait in another room. The process is much faster from this point on, but of course it varies. Overall this location has a fairly accurate waiting system, it's clean, the phlebotomist are efficient. Just try to make an appointment if possible! read more

When you walk in you stop at the front desk and sign in on the iPad. Then you take a seat, and hopefully there will be enough seats. There were not enough seats for all of the people waiting while I was there. They take walk ins as well as appointments. On the TV screen you can see your spot in line and the approximate amount of minutes it's going to take until you're called back. I really like the fact that the location is so close to home for me and I don't have to go far. Overall the office was clean, and they were doing the best they could with the amount of people they had to service. read more

I'm reading the reviews and I'm a bit confused! I had an amazing experience at this location this morning. I made my appointment for bloodwork about a week ago, the website and appointment set-up was extremely quick and easy, user friendly. I was sent an e-mail with a reminder and a barcode I could save on my phone or print for quick check-in! I arrived at 7:07 a.m. for my 7:15 a.m. appointment, was greeted by a nice lady who took my temperature and instructed me to use the iPads at the front for sign-in. There were three options, I just simply scanned my barcode and had a seat! Back in the day, the waiting room was FILLED TO THE BRIM but I was pleasantly surprised to see about 10 chairs, 6 feet apart from one another for social distancing and a big screen TV with the list of appointments and times! It was great, I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was called in, the technician who worked with me was friendly, quick and very professional, I was out of there by 7:20 without a hitch! It was a very clean and sanitary environment, all staff wore the appropriate personal protective equipment! 10/10 I would recommend this location for your laboratory needs! read more

If I could give 0/5 I would! I came here this morning to do a drug screen for a new job that takes 30 seconds to pee in a cup. I had my 2 year old with me earlier but they didn't think to mention anything when I checked in or in the 1 hour and 40 minute wait. Then when it was my turn they said I couldn't do it with my toddler present. Why they didn't mention that before I don't know! They advised I come back later and 'skip the line' as I already waited. So I get him a sitter, come back and have already been waiting 40 minutes, despite complaining repeatedly. They don't care. Apparently it's okay to waste 2 and a half hours of your day off waiting for a 30 second pee in a cup. Unbelievable! 0/5 for customer service. Stay away. Go to another Quest or lab. So i came to take a drug test, drank lots of water, ive been here 2 hours n 20 minutes now, i think ima have to leave, go to burger king to piss then try to come back and go again. :( this is horrible, i dont do drugs, why am i forced to be here? I just felt the need to come on here and say how good and comfortable i felt with the lady that did my bloodwork Karen, i have gotten bloodwork done a couple other times but everytime i get pretty nervous and she just made me feel right at home and as comfortable as i can be. At other quest locations or even at the same one when ive gotten bloodwork done some of the nurses that drew blood wouldnt even greet me just tell me to sit down and stick my arm out which made me feel like they didnt really care about the patient. but Karen was completely different and i was just so happy with how he treated me compared to past experiences. made my day. thank you read more

Those ignorants who never met or encountered beside their own could not pronounce name right. When I confronted her to proounce my name it should like 1 year old kid trying to mimic. Wow. I wish I could give this place a -2/10. They have the worst method of taking patience I've ever seen. Instead of finding out what everyone is here for as soon as you walk in. They make everyone who walks in sign in and have a seat. So you sit down for an hour and a half to 2 hours and then they called me. All I needed to do was take a pre-employment drug test. So I pretty much showed up having to pee. Then after they finally called me and I tell them I'm here for a drug test. They tell me I have to wait 30 more min because their second waiting room is full. By the time you get called in this place you'll probably have kidney problems after holding your pee for so long. Person who took my blood used a vein that was tiny so she was moving the needle in and out and all around causing it to be extremely painful. I got to this place to get bloodworks yearly and never have a problem but the pain she gave me tear up. She eventually gave up and went to my other arm. One patient told one of the front office that he was a walk in and has already waited 2 hours, the lady replied (walkin are like that).
