This is the least caring and worst thought-out clinic corporation I've ever attempted to patronize. No receptionist, the nurses are rude and immediately shut the door and scurry away while a shit ton of people that HAVE to work are waiting in the lobby without any recourse whatsoever. Will never utilize LabCorp again, and notifying my remote physician that if he doesn't change his patronage of them that I will leave him too. One of my worst consumer experiences ever. read more

They shouldn't accept walk ins period. I waited 2 hours just to be told that they're only accepting people with appointments. They should take away their quiosk or at least notify people waiting that they only have 1 nurse that way they don't waste their time waiting and can plan accordingly. They don't share records with other Labcorp so if your doctor sent orders here, they can't see them. They also can't pull up your patient portal. The staff won't help you either. read more

Feb 17, 2023. Don't even think of coming here without an appointment! They are short staffed, and get slammed! at least a 2-3 hours wait for walk ins. My appointment was for 10:45, I arrived at 10:20. Checked in at the machine and got called to the front desk about 25 minutes later. At 11:00 I finally went into the room to get blood drawn. The lady went out for something. 30 Minutes Later I was still waiting. I went looking for her as I had to leave and she didn't realize I hadn't gotten blood drawn yet. There was another lady who came into the room to use the computer to log off for a break and she thought she was going to do my blood work. I finally left at 11:45. AND, that was with an appointment! This is not a speedy place to go, but all the places are super booked up. They try, but bottom line is, Labcorp needs to hire more people! Pretty easy to find, it is in a office complex. Plenty of parking. Don't bring your kids. Small waiting room, limited seating, and expect a long wait even if you have an appointment. Expect to find an appointment at least 1 week out online, some locations 2-3 weeks, so plan in advance if you can. I had to check 5 different locations to find a sooner appointment. They no longer have you wait in your car. I would recommend wearing a mask. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 1:15. They allow you to wait in your car until they're ready for you. I got called back 1:45 and was out before 2. Pleasant experience with no issues. Been here many times for bloodwork. It's a small little place, not usually busy, I don't think lots of people know it's there. I usually still make an appointment though. The staff is really nice, treat you like a person, not just trying to get you in and out as fast as possible, not caring how gentle they are with sticking you with a needle. This is a brand new location. That being said it should be expected that the customer service should be better than most, but that was not the case. Upon walking in there was no one at the front desk for at least 12 mins. I stood there coughing trying to get someone's attention until finally the front desk lady shows up. This same lady helped me throughout my whole urinalysis. She was very brief and wouldn't crack a smile for the life of her. It almost felt as though she was rushing through the whole procedure, anxious to get my out of there as quickly as possible without any attempt to hide it. Did not feel welcoming at all. I called over a dozen times in the span of 1.5 hours, WITH NO ANSWER AT ANY TIME. I then tried to call the other Kissimmee Labcorp. It was answered by an automated system, which said to wait and I would be answered by someone in the office. FIVE SECONDS LATER, THEIR SYSTEM HUNG UP. This place I too small to hold sixty people in the waiting room. They had two staff. One to draw blood and one to sign you in. They got all the extra accounts but no staff to help or adequate space. The door is broke. I mean no handle really? There is no space for wheel chairs and people. The two staff members Sandra and the lady in the front are perfect and do there job. But they are only one person. It is very unsafe to have 60 people in the waiting area. Wheelchairs, children, diabetics, pregnant people etc. Some of he's people have special fasting exams and can't wait so long. This place is asking for lawsuits. Endangerment charges. Bodily injury charges etc. I am trying to help. There was no supervisor there. No other staff members. There is a bathroom with no running water ewe. This place is in Hunters creek not the ghetto. How dare you treat people like we are less than human. You tv signal doesn't work well. Internet also goes in and out. There isn't enough space or enough chairs to house all the accounts you have acquired. My appointment time was 9:45am and I didn't get seen till 11am. I can't be too mad at the staff. It's is the supervisor and LabCorp fault for not having enough staff members or space for clients. Make this place an appointment only spot so you can control the amount of people you have and minimize casualties. Why acquire new accounts if you can't take care of them properly. read more
