1 star for front office, howerever, Aaron the phlebotomists was amazing and gets 5 stars! He was quick, gentle and very polite! Now to why such a low review...I did a check in online for a walk-in and when I got there they had no record of my walk in and I even showed them the confirmation and everything and wouldn't help. Had to go in line after everyone even though I checked in in advance to be ahead of them. read more

This is my favorite place to get my blood drawn. Their fast and efficient. I never make an appointment and it's usually pretty quick. Abraham is super nice and when it pricks you it doesn't hurt. He definitely knows what he is doing. I like that their open at 6:00am so I can get it done early. read more

I have to have blood drawn often and am I difficult draw. But Abraham gets me every time and you can't even feel it. My daughter had to have blood drawn and I took her there and made sure that she got Abraham as she's deathly afraid of needles and getting her blood drawn and she said she didn't feel it either. He's just amazing. He makes everyone feel comfortable and I don't even mind getting my blood drawn when he is doing it. Thank you so much. read more

Wish I could give it zero stars. The woman at the front desk had me take a sample and then when I returned it they told me they didn't take it for testing and sent me 30 minutes away telling me that's where I drop it off. I get to the place and they said that isn't true and I would have to book an appointment and that takes two weeks. read more

I walked in without an appointment at 6:00 am on a Monday morning. There were 5 people in front of me before the doors opened. Abraham was fast, gentle and polite. I was out of there by 6:20. I was impressed by how quickly both staff members processed the paperwork and moved people to the back. I didn't think they were impersonal, they were efficient and got the job done. read more

I am writing a review because after seeing the other reviews I was pretty nervous about going here, but I had already made an appointment before I saw them. That being said, I had a decent experience. I had an appointment at 9am. I got call back by around 9:05. They had a small issue with my paperwork, but the lady called my doctor and got it all straighten out. Blood was taken, which went well. It didn't really hurt (anytime they stick a needle in you it will hurt somewhat). I was out of there by 9:30 am. Don't be scared by the other reviews. Make an early appointment. Wasn't bad for me. read more

If you hate having your blood drawn ask for Abraham. I've had 3 people try to draw my blood in the past at other labs only to send me elsewhere. Abraham gets it first try every time. He's calm, helpful, and very good at his job! read more

Rude and no service. Where's the personal attention, self check in and have a seat. That's all you will get from here.

I would say zero stars but that's not an option. I had an appt, came in 15min early and they took some guy who had no appt just a walk-in around my actual appt time and he was in and out before I did. They were unresponsive to my query about why this guy got in before I did. As if I didn't event say anything. read more

This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of Quest, and I didn't have an appointment. Abraham was so quick and efficient!

Love this location. Come here for Abraham because he's so good you don't even feel it. Super nice too. My 1 year old son had to have multiple vials pulled and Abraham made him so comfortable he just watched and didn't even cry. Thank you! read more

Speedy computer check in, two bigger guys were in the front were friendly (didn't get names) Bigger guy with a beard drew my blood and was super quick, painless and he was super nice !!. Was in and out in 10 mins. read more

Christie and Abraham deserve a huge shout out for their patience and kindness after taking blood from my 82 year old mom today. She's a bit of a handful with a moderate case of dementia, and I can be a stressed out asshole. Christie was nothing but patient and gentle with my mom, and Abraham kept the stress level down by talking about Star Wars with me. I want to extend a big thank you to both of them. I just took my mom to get her favorite milkshake for being a trooper at Quest, and if Christie and Abraham's boss sees this, I hope you take these two out for a milkshake, too. They deserve it! read more

Worst customer service. Not very helpful as where to check in. Not only do they give you attitude but will try to correct you on your doctors orders. read more

This place is unreal. I didn't know I needed blood work this morning until I went to the doctor. It's fasting, which I also didn't know, so I wanted to get it done on my way to work. First the clerk chastised me for not having an appointment, even though it says walk ins welcome, then she made me wait outside while the people who did have an appointment got to wait inside. Total discrimination! read more

Everyone is stressed at a medical facility these days. The staff made it easier.

Horrible. Went to simply drop off patient blood. Left after waiting forever. It was empty when I walked in.

This particular location of Quest is extremely slow and inefficient. The Avocado location is quick and the staff helpful. I wouldn't recommend coming g here. Every time I have Waited over an hour. read more

This is the worst lab I've ever seen. They move slower than you could imagine - and they're pissy as hell. Incredible attitude. Avoid, go anywhere else. read more

I know this is a lab, not a spa, but they really need to improve their customer service! They should at least greet & welcome the patients if they happen to be at the front desk. I arrived on time for my appointment and signed in. No one came to the front to help me for at least 5 minutes. A lady came up, no smile, grumpy face and was rude!! Getting a blood test is no fun, but I don't mind it. For many people however, getting a blood test is very scary. The staff there should really be more pleasant, at minimum!! read more

Best location to get your blood drawn! Just went there today with my mum, and had a such a great experience. I had some issue with the request from my doctor, but Abraham was such a help. He not only helped with that, he also got my vein in matter of seconds. That NEVER happens!! I have the hardest time whenever I have to get my blood work done. Never going to another lab as long as I live in the area. Also my mum had a great experience too, I'm not sure what was the name of the person that helped her though. He was an older gentleman, and my mum was so happy with her experience. Thank you!! read more

Just aweful Horrible staff, they don't even speak the language, rude and I can't beleive they are still in business read more

I realize it must be hard to draw blood all day, but the staff at Quest Diagnostic we're not at all friendly and had a horrible bedside manner. I guess you get what you pay for.... read more

Abraham was efficient, friendly and nice. He drew my blood only once without pricking, prodding or bruising that I've experienced in other QD locations. Thanks Abraham for a good experience! read more

This place sucks! Stuff is rude and not helpful at all. The wait time is awful, the receptionist told me it would be around a 15 minute wait and I waited over an hour. The office didn't feel clean which is an awful feeling to have when you are getting blood tests done. read more

Don't ever go here. They have easily a 2 hour wait every time, and even their appts are delayed 30 min+. Terrible service.

After spending 2 minuets reading all these bad reviews they told me to come back to station 1, took my blood, and off I went. In all it took 5 minuets and I was out. Great service read more

Quest Diagnostics is the BEST!! Every time I go there, with or without an appointment, I receive fast and super courteous/cordial attention. I want to give a special "shoutout" to Abraham. He helped me this morning, and in my opinion, he is a true professional, and a credit to his vocation. It's nice to know that in these strange times, the people at Quest Diagnostics are there to help you! Thanks folks!! Sincerely, Steve Larsen read more

I will never go to this office again! Very discourteous and negative. They acted like they were in physical pain to have to assist me. I frequently use Quest Labs, but this office SUCKS! read more

I had a great experience at this facility because of the awesome help from Maria and Abe.

Yesterday I had to wait 3 hours! They "welcome" walk-ins, so I went at 6:00am and was called in at 9:15am. I froze outside and the saddest thing, they had old people and people with obvious health conditions waiting for hours as well. They only take appts seriously, so what's the point of having walks-ins? Who expects to wait more than an hour when going to get lab work done? If they know they have a long list of appointments, can they at least tell walk-ins that it will be HOURS before it's their turn? No, they can't. They say "I don't know" "I can't tell you." I wonder if they would like to be treated like that or their mother, for that matter... I'm never going to this place again. So inconsiderate and disrespectful. I would give minus 100 stars, if I could. Obviously they don't even care about the reviews. I read similar reviews right now. I wish I would've checked before going. In their own feedback page, they don't even ask for your information. So they give crap about customers. AWFUL SERVICE!! read more

I had an appointment at 3:45pm during the week and was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they weren't rude either. I would come back here. read more

Such a bad service... 30 m wait just to enter my info in the system and another 30 m to be called... The ladies speaking in another language other than English ... And Rude read more

Place appears to be clean but is very sterile feeling. The Asian people working here are very hard to understand and come of as being rude. There's no meet and greet or thanks or anything. Moral seems very low. Wish they played some calming music for us nervous folks. Hope this isn't the future of our healthcare system. read more

Today was the third time I've visited this location and it's the second time a phlebotomist blew my vein. Both times I actually had to say to them "my vein is blown" as she wiggled the needle around making it worse. You hardly need a tourniquet to find a vein on me. I would definitely recommend another location. read more

The best Quest of all the local locations! They always get you in as quick as possible, and are as gentle as possible. Abraham is amazing!

I made my appointment online and arrived about 20 min early since I had a very busy day and wanted to get out on time. I didn't eat and moved my entire insane morning around. Apparently, due to errors in their system, my appointment did not go through and there was a duplicate appointment. Instead of being apologetic and trying to get me in the nurse treated me like a liar and told me I could wait behind everyone who had walked in. ( about an hour) and told me to sit down!!! An entire morning wasted and I was completely treated like a criminal. I am disgusted by this woman's actions and they need to get their act together. Very unprofessional and trashy. read more

If I could rate a 0, I would. They are so incompetent here and unhelpful. They barely speak English and refuse to even lend out a pen or tell me what they need the insurance company to order. I just need biometrics for health insurance, I don't think it could get any more routine. I feel awful sorry for the people that need to see this place routinely, they don't seem to be quick learners. I've been here for 45 minutes and they can't help me any better than when I walked in. completely incompetent. read more

I have been going to this lab for a few years now and the level of care they provide is great. In fact this lab is not close to my home but is close to to my office which means I drive an hour to this particular lab. There are other locations closer to my home but I feel I get the best care here. Abraham was my phlebotomist yesterday and I don't have so much as a spot on my arm today. read more

I would avoid this location at all costs. I have had my blood work done many times at other locations but this was my first time here. They are very unorganized, unable to manage when patients are signing in and who is to be seen next. I waited over an hour even though I was the second person to sign in. To make it worse, the lady behind the desk was extremely rude and condescending to the patients. read more
