I love this location and this LabCorp! Ibraham is the finest phlebotomist I have ever met. Lizzette the secretary / phlebotomist is professional and very organized. You won't be disappointed with this laboratory. They are the best! Kirk Phillips. read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Newport Beach, California

Martha was so accommodating! I had an appointment, but forgot my paperwork. Tried emailing it, but my service was spotty. Ended up going home to get the paperwork and came back to the office. Martha was efficient, accommodating and just the best this morning! She talked to me the whole time drawing blood (I hate needles) and it was over in no time - definitely coming back and will be better prepared with my paperwork in hand lol read more

Great employees but this waiting room is ridiculously small, everybody I talk to you in there felt very uncomfortable. Not sure why they can't give them a little bit more room, but there were people that were waiting outside the waiting room. read more

Ibrahim was absolutely amazing! He was polite, took his time with my labs, reassured me throughout the process as I am a hard lab draw but he got my vein no problem. I would definitely recommend this location because the people and customer service was wonderful!! read more

Great labcorp! Very fast service! Ibhram was great! Was able to get my blood so quickly! Very nice. Will be back!

No sense of urgency , very odd! Staff is nice enough but I sat in the waiting room over 30 minutes while they had 3 people working but not taking my blood or doing anything productive. read more

Amazing care from Ibram. I arrived early for my appointment and he got me in within 2 minutes, because I had my toddler with me and wanted to help get me in and out as quickly as possible. Very caring, compassionate, and warm. Plus the blood draw was quick and easy. I will come back and will request Ibram if I can!! read more

What a great Labcorp location! Today is my second time I've been for routine labs - with no appt - and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Also, Ibram (sorry if spelt it incorrect) is incredible. I hate getting my blood drawn and I don't even flinch. Not to mention, he is SO kind and very easy to talk to! 10/10 service and office. Will never go to another Labcorp as long as I live in the area. Thank you!!! read more

It's kind of weird to write a review for a lab, but here I go! Ibram got the needle in on the first attempt, and it was almost painless. I've had terrible experiences with blood draws in the past, so I really appreciate it when someone can do it well. Make an appointment online, and you'll be in and out in around ten minutes. Thanks, Ibram! read more

Extremely unprofessional. I was a walk-in for a standing order, the man that worked in the office was very pleasant and said that he was on a lunch break, but his female counterpart would help me shortly. She was extremely rude when helping me and gave me a ton of attitude, when speaking to her male counterpart, she was extremely unprofessional and literally yelled at him in front of me. I am a nurse so I understand how drawing blood works. She used alcohol to clean my skin before poking me, but cleaned the area that was not poked. She also wiped the alcohol off before it was done drying with a piece of gauze. Overall, she was extremely rude to both me and the male working in the office . My only good thing I have to say about it is that my experience was quick. She should not be working in healthcare. read more

Love this location- especially Ibrham! He is always in a good mood and very good at his job! My daughters veins are hard to find and most lab techs stab her dozens of times before getting in. He got in 1st try!! read more

Ibram is amazing. Best ever. I pass out usually with labs and he was so good I didn't. Will be only going here!

My go-to location whenever I need bloodwork done. Over the years, Ibram has taken care of me exceptionally well, and when in the past a "rookie" has stepped in just by assignment and has trouble finding my vein(s), Ibram has stepped in to teach. Nice people working here and very conveniently located for me. Thanks for taking care of my labwork needs, Ibram and Team! read more

Ibram was fantastic! Very kind and excellent phlebotomist/ my son said he didn't feel a thing!

Local, very short wait and painless blood draw with capable personnel. It will be my go to lab in the future.

Always have a great experience here. They get you in quick even with no appointment. The real reason I come here though to the Superior location is because the staff is so friendly. Plus I didn't even feel the needle! read more

I was a walk in and was seen very fast. Ibram M is the best lab tech I've ever had. Highly recommend this place.

320 Superior!! GO HERE! Ibrham is the sweetest person! He knew I was very scared and he made it very easy and comfortable! It was easy and fast! I will come back here every time!! DO NOT GO TO 361 Hospital rd, Newport Beach! I left a separate review below because there is not a yell location for 361 Hospital road, Newport Beach. read more

Went into LabCorp to get some routine blood work done today. I had Ibrahim as my phlebotomist he did an amazing job. He was fast, poked me once and didn't hurt at all! I was in and out super quick definitely would recommend him to anybody that is nervous about bloodwork or has a really hard time with getting their blood drawn. You were great thank you again ! read more

Ibram is so kind and tries his best to accommodate when the office gets really busy. This is my preferred Labcorp!

Although I didn't have an appointment, Ibram was able to fit me in his schedule so I can get my lab work done today the process was quick and easy. Thank you Ibram for your kindness and understanding. read more

My daughter did a walk in as stated on the phone system as acceptable, then we were told after they do not accept walk ins at this location and to go else 12 miles to their other location - Santa Ana. It was "temporarily closed". Then to the location anther 5 miles away on Tustin ave. Here we are after blowing 2 hours just to pee in a cup. Looking on their website, found they had an appointment at the superior location, that was 15 min from when we originally arrived. These people are lazy! No one was in the waiting room and we were sent to a closed location but fire finding for ourselves other. No I would not recommend going to these low end dirty facilities. No respect for you as a customer, or your time. I know Quest labs are bad, but labcorp is a whole new low..... Ugh! read more

You cannot book multiple tests, drug screen, etc at once online. So you'll have to make two appointments if you have a drug screen and bloodwork. Ibram M is very direct but also chaotic. He is so fast he doesn't pay attention to detail and asks you questions when it's right on the paperwork. Also gives you instructions like go to bathroom. Where is the bathroom? Then go left to sink. That doesn't help in a hallway with 3-4 different rooms and he is sitting on the computer demanding and stated directions or instructions or questions at you. It's quite polite to ask questions and make eye contact. Fairly busy location. Make appointment online is highly recommended. Drug screens are by appointment only at certain times of the week. There tv is also not working so you don't know where you are in line. Was able to get everything done in 40 mins. I work in healthcare/patient care and I wasn't impressed with how the employees (one male and one female) communicated with their patients/customers. Quality of care is definitely lacking. Also, when drawing blood she didn't tell you when she was gonna poke you which is just a courtesy if someone's not looking and can't handle the side of blood. read more

I walked out. Took my son in for labs and he almost cried at how unsafe he felt (he NEVER cries). We waited 30 min even with an appointment and when we walked in the patient room we had to leave. There is what looks like mold on the crumbling ceiling. Viles are paced in the wall which felt unsanitary. The whole room had an unsanitary feel. The bathroom was unkept and had a weird sign on the sink that did "use for drug test only". I hope not all Lab Corps are like this. read more

Receptionist said he couldn't make an appointment for me because he couldnt see availability. Yikes! They can't even do such a simple task and don't even know how many appointments they have for the day. so dont trust them with your tests. His tone was rude for no reason as well. Regret not choosing quest instead. read more

Ibram is the absolute best! He is so friendly and knowledgeable and efficient and why I always go back to this location!!

Had a blood draw here for some routine testing and everything went smoothly. Staff was friendly and helpful, and really good at what they do. Didn't even feel the needle. This location is highly recommended. read more

They are only getting 1 star as I'm forced to do so. The front staff are rude and not at all helpful. I came to this location as the one across the street is closed and received a phone call to come here. I was told my appointment would be honored here. However when I got here, they said they could not honor my other appointment. There were other people in the same situation as me. All frustrated. The front staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't know how to deal the patients that we're waiting. Since GNP separated from QUEST I'm being forced to go to LabCorp.... I can honestly say, I'm NOT A FAN. not even close to the same patient care that QUEST offered. Not even worth going back for a new gauze as this one bled through on my way out. Did I mention the phlebotomist had her own music playing off her phone too? Not exactly professional.... read more

Labcorp - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Newport Beach, California

Went in at 7:30 only 2 people ahead in me. Got in and done within 20 min. Ibram was very quick and efficient! Easy process and great labcorp location. read more

Terrible took an extra hour after my scheduled appointment and the lady in front was incredibly rude. They're also very understaffed. GO ELSE WHERE or prepare for an awful experience. read more

Ok, first of all, learn how to pick up your phones when a patient is calling! I came here because Labcorp in Huntington Beach recommended me to go here since they offer walk-ins. When I came before their lunch, they would not accept me. I even explained how far I drove and it wasn't even their lunch time yet. They refused to take me in. read more

This office was absolutely disgusting. The walls, furniture and floor were filthy. Had to wait for 35 minutes even though I had an appointment. When taken back the room was equally as dirty as the front. There was mold growing in the corner of the ceiling. The vials on the wall were dusty as were the items on the counter. I can't believe a place where sterility is imperative was so nasty. The bathroom, I don't even know where to begin. Dirty toilet filled with someone else's urine, toilet paper and seat covers all over the floor and the counter had some sort of sticky substance on it. This place should be shut down. I'm sure there are too many health violations to list. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. read more

Labcorp - The moldy corner in the lab room. - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Newport Beach, California

This is an incredibly unprofessional office. I was made to take an obnoxious set of keys (urine cup on giant elastic band) upstairs to a bathroom, carrying all of my things, and a urine cup upstairs in this big office building complex to take my sample. I was then to bring it back downstairs though the main lobbies of this building when done. What? \ I was told the bathroom in the clinic was unavailable. I saw it was open when I walked by. I asked for a bag at least to put the cup in. They gave me a clear zip lock. It was an ordeal upstairs with my sweater, purse, phone, book, urine cup key ring and urine cup. I dropped the cup several times ensuring it was not sterile. When I returned carrying my bag of pee through the lobby for all to see, I expressed how unprofessional I thought this process was to the front desk. He then very rudly told me that downstairs bathroom was for drug testing only and I could have waited half hour for it (they didn't give me that option, btw) or go upstairs and do it there. He was so rude to me it was unreal. I told him the sample was unsterile but he kept berating me. The right thing to do would be to admit that this process is not right and apologize. I'll never come back. I'll highly recommend my doctor use another facility and I will let every one know how poorly I was treated by reception there. To be fair, the phlebotomist who took my blood did a good job, but he's the one who gave me the ziplock bag instead of a paper bag (he totally didn't get it). This place is a train wreck. read more

Labcorp - In the elevator w my urine sample cup and clear plastic bag (classy key chain w urine cup, too!) - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Newport Beach, California

Went in as a walk in and was seen in 30 minutes! Ibram was quick with my labs and the care quality was nice.

This was bad... I would not recommend this site for any lab procedure. A) Understaffed B) Sanitation is an overstatement. C) If you made an appointment (like I did 2 weeks prior), prepare yourself to wait indefinably. Plus, make nonchalant conversations with each patron amid earshot (a.k.a. = all). I understand the understaffing aspect, along with busy Mondays (people show up unexpected due to weekend closures). That being said, good Lord! It was an obnoxious 'Shoulder-to-Shoulder' waiting-room experience. Appointments weren't even seen first. The cramped waiting room is the size of my guest bathroom, containing 6 chairs. Good luck finding a place to sit. and be prepared to make nonchalant conversations with all patrons within earshot (no kidding! all!). Pro Tip: wait in your car; hopefully they'll call you... Better yet, go to a different location, such as Memorial Care in Fountain Valley- that place is spotless. read more

The only reason I went to this location is the one I usually go to is Temp. closed. I will never step foot in there again. Not only was it dirty, the lab tech was so rude. He was yelling to patients in the lobby, messing with his phone, while I was sitting there, then started blasting things on his phone. So Unprofessional!! If I could have given zero stars I would have! read more

It was so easy, I didn't have an appointment, walked in and I was out of there with all my lab work done within 20 minutes. Edith was the careful, i didn't feel anything. Wow I will keep coming back! read more

This Newport location was amazing. I had originally tried to go to Mission Viejo and the staff there was extremely rude and didn't provide me with any information that I was looking for. I ended up leaving that facility to go to Laguna Hills, but that was location was by appointment only and had no time slots available within a week. I'm glad I was able to make a last-minute appointment in Newport as my employer required a drug screen within 5 days. I made one on Tuesday for Wednesday afternoon. I tried looking for a few other locations with appointments in south county before deciding on Newport and had no luck. I ended up taking about 15 minutes in total. I was a little later (my fault) and was still out of there quickly and efficiently I picked the 1 pm time slot, and nobody was there when I arrived, and I think it was the first time after lunch. I would recommend that time if you need to make an appointment or walk-in. read more

Ibrahm is the man! I absolutely dread getting my blood taken and be always makes me feel so comfortable and I don't even feel it! This is my third time going to him. I am not sure why this place has such bad reviews because I have had others give it to me and they were great to, but Ibrahm seriously rocks! I usually pass out and get all clammy so I am writing this for those that feel the same way - go to him! And you won't regret it! read more

I could not recommend this place more to anyone getting their routine labs done. Every time, Ibram is extremely kind and made me feel comfortable during a process I don't typically feel comfortable with. read more
