They are so emotionless and unhelpful. They don't have a key for the restroom NO communication, no one to help and they take forever to do a blood test for one patient. They take their sweeeeet time. Make an appointment because honestly walk ins you'll wait for at least two hours. Someone prior to me waited 2.5 hrs and every patient was so quick and done but i don't know if they go get new chairs and supplies because that takes them soo long to see the next patient. I Made an appointment through the quest app. I like going to quest because I get my results back immediately. However, this is now the second time I have waited 45 minutes when in fact, I had an appointment. Granted, I might've been five minutes late. And then it took me five minutes to check in on their kiosk. Then the kiosk asked me for my insurance card which I didn't bring. That made me stop the check in process and ask for assistance. Then Nurse came out maybe five minutes later escorting another patient to the front door, and then she helped me check in. However, by the time she helped me, the check-in said I was 10 minutes late for my appointment!! I explained that I had been there trying to check in, but it came on deaf ears. I am elderly, I am sick, and I waited past three people walking in after me getting help and leaving. I spoke up and asked why wasn't I taken and she said I was late for my appointment. I have come to this quest multiple times. I never had a bad experience until recent. I had an appointment at 6:45 am with my lab request from the doctor. I was told by the front desk they can't do tests the doctor writes in and they need specific numbers. I have been here before with writing on the script and they have been able to look it up and apply. Instead she had me do a blood draw for some tests and call the doctor to come back for the others. Wen I called the doctor she called the front desk and had them look up the test numbers and resent a lab request. The same thing they could have done while I was there in person. I also need to note the girls working the front desk were clearly talking about their co workers and other patients in a full waiting room; I notified this 2 days in a row!Externally unprofessional... the whole process even with an appointment took over an hour the second day in a row!
