Note: They are appointment only as of September 25th of this year! (The sign on the door says this policy is temporary) But because of that they're appt only, this office is super organized and you don't have to wait super long for your appointment. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen which was outstanding! While I was waiting I saw a technician come out and help an elderly man who only spoke Spanish, no English, check in (all on her own accord to be nice) which was very kind of her! Overall, everyone at this location is super caring, and it's very efficient! I even got my lab results back the very next day even though it's Saturday! Super impressed! I've been here for sample drop offs and office is generally professional. But my last experience was horrifying, the lab tech was so eager to clock out early and upset that I had a 3:30pm appointment. She either tried to make it awful or was abysmal at her job. I've never had a blood draw this painful, it seemed intentional. I'm type 1 diabetic and I give a lot of blood and use needles a lot, for this appointment to stand out is really saying something. I also have POTs and can pass out/seize from a draw (which I informed her beforehand). She left me on the ground alone and started turning lights off before walking out! She left me there and another tech checked on me 10mins later maybe, SHE was very kind. But holy negligence. NEVER going back. [the horrible tech in question didn't give her name but was a middle aged hispanic woman on the heavier side with halloween Disney scrubs and faded balayage]. read more

My experience with a walk-in visit here was not great-I waited 3 hours to be seen. Through the check in iPad, I requested to be texted when it was time to be seen. The estimated wait time was 1 hour and 50 minutes. After 2 hours with no text, I decided to wait inside the office instead of the car. It was a good thing I did, because they called my name and asked for my paperwork at about the 2.5 hour mark. There were continually more people than seats throughout the process, and I wanted to give older people the opportunity to sit. So I stood for an hour straight. At 3 hours, I was finally called (I NEVER received a text notification) and the actual experience was fine! But overall, you cannot rely on the text notifications and good luck trying to do a walk-in if you have any other commitments that day. I wish that there were more labs in the area to handle the overwhelming demand! read more

I had a decent experience here this morning for routine labwork. You can park in a structure or find a space in the regular lot; plenty of accessible spaces closer to the building if you need that. I arrived early and was instructed by the no-nonsense receptionist to use their iPad station to check in. Both were in use so I just got out my phone and checked in from my e-mail (set up your account beforehand to streamline this for yourself, especially if you have kids with you). Appointments were running a bit long but nothing more than a ten minute wait. They called me back and my teensy veins decided to play hide-and-seek. That happens, though, and everyone took it in stride. Two very nice gals ended up taking three or four vials once we got the needles inserted and things flowing. In all, if you're someone who fears a blood draw, you'll be in good hands here. Same holds true if you're an old pro at lab work. Caveats: The wi-fi didn't work all that well for me. No tv, so bring a book or something if you're waiting a while. Pros: Very clean space, lots of hand sanitizer available, there's a water station in the corner with cups and a trash bin. **review from a parent with a LO POV** Online booking was easy. Parking was ample. In person check in was easy. At the time we went, there was only one woman working. She checked us in and was the one that attempted to draw blood from our 1 year old. I say attempted because she was unsuccessful . And while she was unable to successfully get a vial of blood, the phlebotomist said she didn't have infant vials. Well why the heck would you attempt it? She did suggest another lab that would have infant vials but goodness. I just wish she would've turned us away. It was not a great experience. I would not recommend this facility if you have a little one with little veins. Go find a lab that have the appropriate equipment. read more

Getting my blood drawn is always an ordeal. This was my 2nd attempt but 1st time at this location. Martha was understanding and accommodating. I didn't realize she had already put the needle in and made me feel comfortable the entire time despite having to have a lot of blood to be drawn. She let me take my time to rest. She is a one-woman show at this location because she does the check-in and blood work too. Labcorp, give this woman a raise! She is a keeper and a life saver! Overall the place is small yet calm & clean. Thank you for a great experience. Will come back again! Highly recommend this location and Martha! read more

Doctor sent me to get some bloodwork done and urine sample. My doc said I didn't need an appointment so I walked in, checked in with their self check-in, and waited for just about five minutes before they walked me in. Super easy, they took some vials of blood and I used their clean bathroom and was done. Staff was all nice and all was just an easy process. Everything just had me feeling safe and like I was being cared for by an excellent crew. read more

I had to get some blood drawn and I'm the type that is extremely nervous about it. Sam B helped me and did the most incredible job. She was so smooth and painless and comforting. It was the best experience I've had getting blood drawn in my life and I wish I could just go to her forever Also, I just did a walk-in and was seen immediately. I'm giving this five star review for Olivia! She has more patience then I could ever have, especially being the only one working in there! The office was full Friday an hour before closing people were getting grumpy but didn't understand they were short staffed and she was running the whole place. Front desk, checking people in and out, answering questions, taking blood, and getting people in and out as fast as possible. And the whole time had a smile on and a friendly attitude which helps when getting blood drawn! She is a rockstar please get her some help. You don't want to lose a great employee like her!!! Lab Corp has been great to me. Especially when I don't have an appointment. They see me anyways. The wait time is not very long either.

They are always speedy to get you in. They are always courteous and helpful. They are also very painless! They are always very professional.

I would like to give 5 solid stars to Edith. I had had a long day at work, and had about 15 vials of blood to be drawn. Edith was friendly, charming, professional and very skilled. This is for the Labcorp at the 320 superior location. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received from the girl working the desk with the neck tattoos and the glasses. Clearly she thought her lunch break start at 11:30 or I can't understand why someone working in health would be so incredibly rude. I'm not sure why I was treated so badly to be honest, I walked into a waiting room with hope to feel better. The smug face and tone from the young lady at the desk, was unacceptable. She does not know the circumstances that you are going through, and her attitude was despicable!! I am so upset over her treatment... I cried all day over how she acted to me. I could not believe how rude she was, even mocking me when I was in a panic. All I know is that I think somebody like that should not be working in any place that requires immediate medical attention. I wish I had gotten her name, but she had star tattoos coming up of her neck to her ear. I have tattoos myself, not hating, just saying I hope we can identify the woman who made a terrible situation, even worse. read more
