On 5/5/26 I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment at the Inverness Quest (210 S. Apopka Ave.), booked and confirmed via their text system. At no point did it say I also had to check in at a kiosk. When I asked about my appointment around 1:15, one staff member (Erika?) loudly scolded me for not using the kiosk, said they "didn't even know" I was there, signed me in herself, slammed the door, and said she wouldn't "wait on me." Her behavior was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. After my blood draw, when she found out I had recorded our earlier interaction, she left another patient mid‑procedure, followed me into the waiting area/parking lot, and loudly threatened to call the police, falsely claiming I had "broken HIPAA." I felt intimidated and disrespected. In contrast, another employee (Michelle?) was excellent--calm, kind, and professional. She apologized for what happened, helped me, and encouraged me to report the incident. This employee deserves recognition; the first employee's conduct does not reflect basic standards of professionalism, dignity nor patient care! read more

Your appointment time means nothing. They took 4 people with later appointments ahead of me. This seems like a small thing but it gets much bigger after a 16 hour fast and no coffee. read more

These people have no hearts what so ever I had an appointment at 240 for my daughter I checked in they said they couldn't find the paper work so I called the pediatrician office they said the faxed it over already but will fax it over again so after waiting for 15 mins they didn't call the pediatrician or anything just waited and talked to each other and a great time than they said that they still didn't have the paperwork so I called again and they faxed it over for a 3rd time after waiting to 3pm they said they are closed and we had to leave and I explained to them she really needs these labs done due to follow up appointments and they decided to call the police if I didn't leave health care has really turned to crap they are just in it for a pay check ! Only reason this has 1star is because they wouldn't let me put no stars read more

Got appointment right away, no waiting, nurse who took my blood was the best . Was my first time there, hope it continues to be as good as it was ! read more

Lanette is a doll. She does the best blood draw in the whole place. She is sweet and helpful. What a kind lady. I was scared to get my blood drawn, and she made me feel better. What a honey. If I need to come back, I will ask for her. read more
