I was surprised to receive a text that my technician was ready for me 5min before my appointment time. Sweet! I found the room easily, went in, and was seen quickly. I was initially hesitant to choose this location because of the negative reviews. I will say that the "bedside manner" was poor/non-existent. I was told to "come in", and stood in the room while they talked amongst themselves about my information for a couple minutes, then was told "sit here", so I did. Next thing I knew, my blood was being drawn. A minute or two later, "You're good to go". I think there is definitely room for growth in their interactions with people, but overall, I'd recommend this location because they were very good at what they do (it was the best blood-draw I've ever had. Painless & swift). But if you're looking for a warm smile, or to be comforted if you're nervous about getting blood drawn, you probably won't find it here. As I left I thanked them and said "this was the best blood draw I've ever had, thank you." Then I asked how long to keep the cotton ball on, and the male technician cracked a joke & said "15yrs", then the lady said "15min, sweetie". It was humorous. So, overall, good experience. I'll go back again.

The technician drawing my blood was incredibly rude, the sign in machine did not work and there was no way to sign in. I will never go there again. They should be reported to the better business bureau.

Times are definitely tough with still so much uncertainty regarding Covid, but I feel like if you…read moreare going to recommend to patients to schedule online check-ins the business should make sure the online check-in system actually works. My endocrinologist ordered bloodwork after my latest visit, and because their office can not do in-house bloodwork due to Covid, my insurance sent me here. I went online and saw Quest encourages patients to schedule an appointment as opposed to walking in, so I scheduled a time slot, received a confirmation, and filled out the online check-in forms. When I arrived 10 minutes early to my Quest appointment, I checked in with their tablet via the QR code I was sent and waited in the lobby for my name to be called or a confirmation text. 30 minutes passed after my scheduled noon appointment, and I still had not been called or texted. No info on my status at all. When a nurse tech came out to call a name, I went ahead and asked about my status (after reading an online review how many others had previously experienced this same problem) and finally got some help. A kind staffer finally took me back and I had four vials of blood drawn. The phlebotomist was kind and it went pretty quickly. The results arrived a few days later via email. I think Quest really needs to look into their appointment and check-in system because compared to my experience and many of the experiences I read online, it just doesn't work well at all. Patients are left waiting with no help or answers even after doing what was recommended. For some of us with autoimmune diseases, it's not safe to be waiting in waiting rooms for that long - especially with Covid still running rampant.

Take my grandmother here for lab work all the time and she had an appointment this time scheduled…read morein advance like always. Granted her doctors office had not sent over the paperwork for her lab draw this time so I understand the slight delay and can provide grace. The kiosk machine check in is horrible because the machines lag and it not user friendly for the elderly. Not enough seats in the waiting area as well. The staff are not the most professional when checking back in after following up. Even if you make an appointment you still will have a wait. Honestly, they schedule too many people for one time slot. I guess the best thing is that when you finally do get called it isn't a fast process but again make an appointment if you come here. Doesn't mean you will be seen on time.
