They must have had an incredible turnover of personnel since I came here for weekly draws for cancer care back in 2021. The technician drawing my blood was incredibly rude, the sign in machine did not work and there was no way to sign in. I will never go there again. Best blood draw I've had. The tech was kind and asked if I was ok after she stuck me. Was in and out in 5 minutes.

I rarely get blood work done but both times I have come to get blood work the technicians are completely unprofessional and had no patience for patients. I got blood taken the first time just fine but the second time I guess my doctor did not send over the lab work to the lab and the technician was expecting me to have the lab work printed off. Those instructions were not given to me from my doctor so that is bad on them. Also my doctor should have sent the paperwork to the lab so another bad on them putting me in this situation. Either way some understanding should be given no matter what. I guess they need a printed copy and not a screenshot so the tech was gracious enough to tell me that but the attitude was still there. I wish more people had caring understanding hearts for everyone. Clearly these technicians were having a tough morning and took it out on me. Will not return and will drive to another location. read more

This is one of the best blood draw experiences I've had! Super fast and efficient, especially since I didn't make an appointment. Just walked in and got called quickly. Had several vials drawn for company biometrics and barely felt the prick. The women working there were friendly and professional. Room was clean. Highly recommend this location! read more

This is my second review of LabCorp . I feel compelled to write again because so many Yelpers seem to encounter a less than positive experience at this location. I had an appointment for a blood draw, checked in as directed on the kiosk in the waiting room, and was quickly taken back to be helped. The phlebotomist was pleasant and skilled. Her teammate was in the room and helpful. Policies are clearly stated on the website, including how late arrivals are handled , appointments, items to bring (lab orders, insurance, etc). If one arrives late and then complains that they either have to wait or cannot be served until another day , it's the fault of the patient, not LabCorp. Everyone seems to expect some sort of entitled -level attention and concessions these days--simply follow the rules and directions and you'll have a good experience here . read more

I arrived for my appointment 15min early for a routine blood test, and chose the option to wait comfortably in my car while waiting to be seen. I was surprised to receive a text that my technician was ready for me 5min before my appointment time. Sweet! I found the room easily, went in, and was seen quickly. I was initially hesitant to choose this location because of the negative reviews. I will say that the "bedside manner" was poor/non-existent. I was told to "come in", and stood in the room while they talked amongst themselves about my information for a couple minutes, then was told "sit here", so I did. Next thing I knew, my blood was being drawn. A minute or two later, "You're good to go". I think there is definitely room for growth in their interactions with people, but overall, I'd recommend this location because they were very good at what they do (it was the best blood-draw I've ever had. Painless & swift). But if you're looking for a warm smile, or to be comforted if you're nervous about getting blood drawn, you probably won't find it here. As I left I thanked them and said "this was the best blood draw I've ever had, thank you." Then I asked how long to keep the cotton ball on, and the male technician cracked a joke & said "15yrs", then the lady said "15min, sweetie". It was humorous. So, overall, good experience. I get labs done about every 3-6 months. I drive almost an hour to get to this location as my doctor requests using LabCorp. I am a hard stick--have been for years. Most phlebotomist's won't listen when I ask for a certain type needle, then they poke and poke, and end up blowing my vein anyway. This can be pretty painful and sometimes they cannot fill all the tubes required. I came here last year and found Tonya! She already knew what type needle to use and got the vein first try--and has every time since! She got ALL the tubes required filled with no issues. Very little to no pain. I will forever ask for her for my draws. Dealing with chronic illnesses and finding a superb phlebotomist is like finding gold! She's professional and compassionate. I make my appointment online and have never waited long. As for the building; it's clean, well maintained, easy to find and navigate. No issues there. read more

Extremely disappointed. Was turned away for a routine blood work because I didn't have a doctor's note. Checked their email they sent a couple days before it said doctor's note if applicable. It should be clear if it was needed. It was not clear and now we wasted everyone's time. Also they did not assist with what to do next. Never again! This place is a pigsty with the rudest people imaginable. But the worst are their billing practices. They require a credit card before providing service and them simply charge the credit card instead of working with the insurance company. It has taken 4 months to get my bill settled and establish that they owe me a refund from the original credit card charge. In the meantime they have sent my account to a collection agency. God help anyone who needs frequent blood work! This office is swamped with pre-employment drug-screen clients causing very long wait times during drug-screen hours. read more

I went to this place for a routine blood work. The young lady there apparently wasn't prepared for this work. She started drawing my blood, before the tube was half filled, the blood stream stopped. She kept poking and moving the needle, couldn't get the blood flow to continue. Meanwhile, my hand started to feel numb. She finally yelled out for help while having the needle in my arm the whole time. Finally another person came and drew blood again from the other arm. Shortly after I left, I notice a golf ball size lump forming on my arm. After a few days, a good size area of my arm turned blue. I consulted a nurse friend, she said the reason is that the needle pierced through my vein, caused internal bleeding which is why the blood stream stopped. LabCorp should make sure their employees are competent for the job before having them trying on patients. read more

Where do i begin. How about the evil black women who wouldn't let me use their toilet to complete my test. I had to bring it back. Sure lady! Then when my husband takes samples back she refused them with out my insurance card which she copied yesterday. Yesterday I could still walk. I will never use these assholes again. I called on 7/12 to make an appointment for 7/13. The lady was very friendly and told me they take walk ins. I arrived the morning of 7/13 at 7:20. They open at 7:30, so the door was locked. There was one person waiting before me. The hallway of the building was sweltering. At 7:30 we heard the door unlock. No one from Labcorp opened the door. There was no greeting. We let ourselves in. The waiting room had crumbled food on the floor, stains on the carpet, dust around the feet of the chairs and dust on the water cooler. When I was finally called for my lab work, I was told the system was down and my order could not be accessed. I made an appointment elsewhere. read more

First Yelp review ever. How do I give 0 stars? I've had positive experiences with the staff as efficient and friendly. My experience with their payment/credit department has been a nightmare. The computer was down at my appointment so I was unable to use my HSA card as usual. They told me they would simply bill me. Not only did I initiate a payment when I received my bill, but HSA automatically issued a second payment. Still receiving "overdue notices", I made multiple calls to get this cleared. They told me the transaction could take up to 60 days, going on 180 days. Even HSA faxed proof of payments. Still in collections and nearing "Final Demand and report to credit bureas," I made a third payment over the phone to end the madness. I'm wasn't going to tarnish my 818 credit score over $8.31.
