My insurance company even called them with what my portion would be and I believe the owner told them I ha e to pay the insurance portion upfront. When I called back to say I was going to cancel the appointment because that is just crazy, the person that answered said the owner told her to cancel my appointment. I will never recommend this place. The lady on phone mentioned not profile me about my bills but the minute you say that, that's exactly what you're doing.

I looked at going to St Lukes Urgent Care, because my primary Doctor works at St. Lukes. The reviews were TERRIBLE.. Then TAUC popped up as an option for an Urgent Care, and since they just finished this new location in the last year or less, I read their reviews. All the reviews for TAUC were really good. I called them, and in 30 minutes I was there, filled out my paperwork, and was in a waiting room getting my blood pressure, oxygen levels and had a very very thorough EMT worker asking me lots of questions. The great part is I could call and give them a heads up and reserve a time to be seen. Shout out to JOSH. The receptionist was also very friendly, so shout out to Heather. I didn't have anything life threatening, but it could of possibly lead into that. What I thought was a fever blister, ended up being a very deep tissue skin infection, which, may I add, hurt like crazy in my nose, and my nose was throbbing, and red and very very painful. I saw Dr. Sparks. From the moment she walked in the room, with her assistant, who was taking notes, I felt like I was in very good hands. I was given 3 RXs to fight the infection and also got my flu shot while there. She was very very good and professional and diagnosed the problem.. On top of my rave reviews for the personnel including the half dozen or more people working behind the sceen, the place was spotless... I think you could of eaten off the floor. Also, I thought it was great that the examination rooms had television with a family type movie showing.. What better way to set a childs mind at ease.. Another plus to this location..They have their own Pharmacy, so you can get your RX's filled there if you so choose, but they don't limit you to doing that. It's very easy to get in and out of the parking lot also. One entrance on Kers Mill and one on Clarkson. 5 Stars is the rating I gave but actually, they get 10 stars. To be able to get in and see a DR...,( not that CVS clinic isn't a good place to go, ) was truly benefical. Also, lot of examinating rooms. I was in room 13! The also have the ability to do xrays there also. If anything..I would totally recommend going to this location in place of an ER, unless you were under life threatening conditons and needed a surgery room! Thank you also, because when I got there, my blood pressure was pretty elevated. After 2 shots, and 2 blood pressure checks, the second check came in noticable less! Woohoo! I will absolutely go back even if for just a flu shot again next year.

After taking the medication for 2.5 days it was clear to me that my medication was not working properly. I called in and told a young male doctor/nurse and was told to stay on my medication that it needed more time. I felt very talked down by this person. He could have cared less about me. It got me in the wrong freaking place! It took me nearly an hour from Arnold to get to this place. There are clear directions on the map that the doctor's office provides. Use those & not the dreaded GPS. The staff were very very nice. Typical of any healthcare facility to have an insane amount of paperwork to fill out. I jokingly said to them that I would gladly provide a thumb drive of my health info. for them to download. In any case, the physician's assistant (methinks) did the injections perfectly. I hate needles. I can't watch anyone give me injections. Gives me the heebie jeebies. Just a pinprick. Small needle. Simply awesome! The bad part of this experience was that the order did not contain the word "MRI." So, they had to call the knee doctor's office for a brand new order for insurance purposes. I had to wait & wait. Total time spent at this facility: about 2 hours. The headphones that they provide does not drown out the sound of the MRI machine at all! I would much rather prefer this sound than the sound of a barking dog. It is incredibly cold (a bit tooo cold for this zero fat skinny bitch) in the room. The blanket provided some comfort. All in all, awesome staff & facility. Parking is plentiful.

The people at the front desk, the registration people, the nurses, doctors, technicians, etc, have all been great! It's also very clean - it's a nice building. The only problem I've ever had here was at the lab. I had an appointment and walked into a fairly full waiting room. Not all of those people had appointments, but they were still being called before me. There's no one to talk to about it. There's no front desk and they keep the door locked so you can't find a person to talk to. I waited until they opened the door to call someone else in and ran up and inquired as to when I might have my turn and they acted like I was rude. It was already 30 minutes past my appointment. I have found that a number of Mercy labs aren't great. But that's what my insurance covers, so I'll keep going! But I do love everything else about this facility! I request it for most things I have to have done, and will continue to do so!

The rating is for the appearance and cleanliness of the hospital. The hospital is located off of Bowles Ave/highway 44 in Fenton. The parking is spacious and the most importantly it's FREE and convenient. The staff will assist you with providing direction. Check in is simple and easy. There were no long waits. This issue is how can a hospital be so visibly dirty. I am mean out right disgusting. It's as if they have no in-house cleaning staff..........HONESTLY!!!! I didn't want to sit anywhere and as I'm walking down the hall I'm thinking to myself a hospital should appear to be clean by all standards and no wonder people get sicker when being admitted to the hospital. I wouldn't want to visit anyone here let alone be seen here. Completely unacceptable.
