Had a confirmation and everything but the computer system glitched and let me check in kind of but at 11:20 saw it still showed me standby. I explained and showed everything. Finally got in at noon after talking to multiple people and it took 3 sticks to get my blood because of how dehydrated I was. The system is a disaster! Don't ever do walk in but make sure if you do appt it shows up on the screen and don't trust your phone. No one to talk to until someone comes through the door. It's a terrible system. Put in pertinent information & took my seat. Waiting room was packed, found a. seat, sat down. Waited about 15 minutes. Finally get called to come in the back. The woman who waited on me was very sweet. She wanted my credit card immediately, in case my insurance wouldn't pay the bill. I was kind of shocked. Haven't been here in a while & this seemed so out of line. But, she's just doing what she's told to do. She is very adept at drawing my blood & I don't feel the needle going in. 3 or 4 vials later & I am out of there. Band-Aid on & I'm gone. With this many people, in this building, they do a good job!
