The flower room gave off positivity and well being. It definitely took my attention off of the blood draw. The technician (started with a J) was so nice, attentive, talked with me and before I knew it, it was done. I also noticed I did not bruise after it so yet another positive.

Well, now it's 11:30am, an hour after my appointment, and the woman tells me they have to cancel my appointment due to low staff and too high of volume of walk-ins. I asked her why they aren't prioritizing appointments like walk-ins like the Kirkwood location did, and she told me "every location is different, you can leave now". I drove 25 minutes, waited an hour, just to be told to leave... I will never and I mean ever, use Quest labs again. What a joke and waste of time!

Staff were super friendly and assured me both the rapid test sample and pcr sample they took were covered by insurance. Made appt for self and another but somehow there were 3 appts in their system for the other person and 0 for me but they were able to import my info so test results have each of our names. Had symptoms but also travel scheduled so test results needed to include relevant info in order to be accepted for travel. Specified as such in their online portal but results did not include necessary info. There is a phone number to call so will have to call to get necessary info considering test result allows travel. Update: received test results within 2 hrs but they didn't have time collected. Called 8442639994 option 2 right when they opened at 9 and after 25 min on hold the nurse said she'd add it and in 10 minutes got an updated copy w everything I needed. When we walked in, we were greeted by Wendy (one of the owners). She was so sweet and had great bed-side manner. She made us feel really comfortable as she checked me, not making me feel rushed at all. She really made it feel like she cared about us and our baby and didn't treat us like "just another appointment." She pointed out all of the limbs, heart, brain, etc (that sometimes may be difficult to spot, especially for first-time parents like us). Unfortunately, I am used to dealing people that are jaded by their job but not her. She really made us feel that our experience was special. The place is beautiful with a cozy home feeling and relaxing lighting, terrific prices, and I was able to take my four kids and husband to watch!I love love this place and cannot that enough.
