I brought my mom here after waiting almost 2 hours at the ER. I know that's typical at a hospital,…read morebut nobody was going anywhere! They were super busy. Totally forgot about the new urgent care . We leave the ER and come here... mind you, my mom DOES NOT go to docs, hospitals, etc unless absolutely necessary. We got in immediately and the 2 Nurse Practitioners were phenomenal. Immediately gave her what she needed. I have not been this impressed with ANYONE in the medical field in a very long time (except for nurses, the always rock!). I would absolutely recommend this place to the entire world! Thanks so much for taking care of my mama

Today's visit started out great. They saved my spot and when it was my turn, they got me into a…read moreroom right away. An EMT came in to check the concern I had about my right shin. His comments gave me confidence that my concern was minimal. He said one of the providers would come in to confirm his thoughts. Fifty minutes went by and I could hear one loud voice and others laughing. This went on until it became clear that no one was getting close to coming in check me out, so I chose to leave. I was greeted after a few steps by the person who was obviously the doctor and leader of the "party" outside my door. He asked if I was leaving. I said I've waiting an hour with no action, so I was going to leave. He told me 'there are other patients, too'. He wasn't taking care of them either. He was rude and condescending and I couldn't leave fast enough. I have counted on this location many times before with much better treatment. Do Better.

Times are definitely tough with still so much uncertainty regarding Covid, but I feel like if you…read moreare going to recommend to patients to schedule online check-ins the business should make sure the online check-in system actually works. My endocrinologist ordered bloodwork after my latest visit, and because their office can not do in-house bloodwork due to Covid, my insurance sent me here. I went online and saw Quest encourages patients to schedule an appointment as opposed to walking in, so I scheduled a time slot, received a confirmation, and filled out the online check-in forms. When I arrived 10 minutes early to my Quest appointment, I checked in with their tablet via the QR code I was sent and waited in the lobby for my name to be called or a confirmation text. 30 minutes passed after my scheduled noon appointment, and I still had not been called or texted. No info on my status at all. When a nurse tech came out to call a name, I went ahead and asked about my status (after reading an online review how many others had previously experienced this same problem) and finally got some help. A kind staffer finally took me back and I had four vials of blood drawn. The phlebotomist was kind and it went pretty quickly. The results arrived a few days later via email. I think Quest really needs to look into their appointment and check-in system because compared to my experience and many of the experiences I read online, it just doesn't work well at all. Patients are left waiting with no help or answers even after doing what was recommended. For some of us with autoimmune diseases, it's not safe to be waiting in waiting rooms for that long - especially with Covid still running rampant.

Take my grandmother here for lab work all the time and she had an appointment this time scheduled…read morein advance like always. Granted her doctors office had not sent over the paperwork for her lab draw this time so I understand the slight delay and can provide grace. The kiosk machine check in is horrible because the machines lag and it not user friendly for the elderly. Not enough seats in the waiting area as well. The staff are not the most professional when checking back in after following up. Even if you make an appointment you still will have a wait. Honestly, they schedule too many people for one time slot. I guess the best thing is that when you finally do get called it isn't a fast process but again make an appointment if you come here. Doesn't mean you will be seen on time.

This location is no more. They are now at 9950 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128, on the east side…read moreof Tesson Ferry Rd near St. Anthony's Hospital. It's a pretty big strip mall, with an Edward Jones (flags flying in front) 2 stores down. The thing that I question there is their sign-in procedure now. Last time I was there, they had an iPad to sign in with. I didn't wait too long before I went in, but I saw 3 times, someone from their staff had to come out and show the seniors how to work it. Was this a smart decision to use this device? A device people in their 60s to 90s would know how to use it? I don't think so. I believe most of the people that go there are up there in age, and I bet they spend a lot of time coming out to explain how to use it. Has this saved them tons of money? I doubt it. A simple paper to sign in and named called was suffice, in my opinion. Other than that, employees were super, professional and quick to do their work.

There is a Quest at my doctors office. Quest quite frequently will not send anyone out to staff it…read moreso you never know if they will be there. I go to the office before my appointment because the lab closes at 4pm. I went back to get my labs drawn and there is a sign that looked like it was written in crayon that they closed at 3pm today. They make their own hours and days they are working. So I will not be getting labs because my insurance makes me go to Quest and I am not going to keep taking off of work because they don't care about patients. This is the second bad experience I have had with them. I'm done.
