This has been my go to lab for years. Their staff do an excellent job and I'm in and out quickly. Seldom making an appointment before I go. Today I made an appt, then ran late, but I was still there by 4:10. Was told they were a) packing to move and b) had appts that filled the rest of the afternoon. They apologized and pointed me across the parking lot to the new Mercy Bldg, telling me that was where they were moving to and staff was already there and seeing patients till 5. I got there before 4:30 and was told that they were already closed. I checked the Quest website and it said that location was open till 5. Very disappointed in Quest today. I recognize that I was late to my appt, but was pleased to be directed to a location that could see me. Then the employees at that location told me they wouldn't see me they were closed when their posted hours gave me another 30 min read more

This lab works like a well oiled machine. They were kind and efficient. The wait was not too bad highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience at Quest today. Our daughter had an appointment for blood and urine. She has Autism and can be difficult to draw. Kim was so kind and patient with her. Thank you! read more

This place was clean & a calm environment. The ladies that work there are prompt, professional, and kind. Don , I believe was her name, was so sweet & checked on me when I came for a glucose test. I would for sure go to this clinic again. read more

Unbelievable. I went a few Saturdays ago-- the lady there told me straight-up my blood tests weren't covered by my insurance and would cost upwards of $600. I decided to think about it, and then I left. I ultimately decided to pony up the $600-something, and got my blood drawn on Saturday. The lady there was nice and tried to be helpful. However, I have called my doctor since then about my test results, and no one knows where my test results are. I've left messages for this location (there is no way to talk to the office directly) and no one has called me back. Also, I saw the machine print out a large roll of labels, but the lady only took four vials of blood. I was being tested on more than just four things. I have low blood pressure and getting blood taken is already a huge ordeal (I've been dizzy for the last few days since this), and I am appalled that no one knows where my sample is. I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism from this clinic. read more

I had a good experience here. The lobby was a decent size with plenty of comfortable seating. There was a small children's area in the waiting area, as well. I got in quickly even though I was a walk-in. The phlebotomist was friendly and very knowledgeable. read more

Coming from the Mercy System, I am extremely disappointed in the check in system ( type in info) . For a literate and at least fairly well person it's ok, but it's a disaster for the illiterate and very confusing for some seniors. The absence of any kind of receptionist is very disappointing, insensitive and prejudicial. That's not what Mercy patients are used to. Most of the lab techs are very good to excellent practitioners, but some are curt and rude. read more

DO NOT USE THIS LAB! Last week, my 18 year old daughter went in to have blood drawn. She is afraid of needles so I went with her. We were "greeted" by a woman named Raven who was scowling, impatient and rude. I was going to write a review just based on her demeanor but it got so much worse! Raven says nothing to ease my daughter's nerves and as she is drawing blood, my daughter completely blacks out. She is sliding down the chair and this person is doing NOTHING to help me. As I see my kid heading for the floor, I try desperately to hold her up as the armrest is in the way and she now has her neck caught on the armrest. Raven sits there telling me to let her drop to the floor. I begin screaming, "Please help me! I can't hold her and she can't drop to the floor, her neck is caught! I alone, manage to get her safely to the floor. Raven? Nothing. I am now yelling, Help me! and a tech comes in. He brings her some ice and my daughter comes to. He helps us get to another room where my daughter can lie down. After about 10 minutes, Raven peeks her head in to check on us and to inform us that she is now leaving. Her shift is over. The male tech will be checking on us. After about 20 minutes, he pokes his head in to say, "If she is better, I am going to have to ask you to move on. I am the only one here and I need the room." I have reported this to the office manager who has said that she will be reporting this to HR and will get back to me. As I have shared my experience with friends and family, I have learned that this location has had other horrid experiences with "mean, uncaring needle bearing employees." I will let you know if the office manager follows through and gets back to me as promised. RECENT UPDATE: I spoke with the head of this lab and then her supervisor. They too were appalled at the behavior of these lab technicians. Their resolution for allowing my daughter to hit the floor as they watched and ask us to leave while she was regaining consciousness was to offer them more training. They are holding onto these two. I wished them the best as I do to anyone headed there. read more

The two staff helping me were prompt and attentive, but what stayed with me most is their kindness toward my six-year-old son. Everything was very professional and very clean, but thoughtfulness like that goes along way. They even let him help place the bandaid on my arm afterward. read more

Awful customer service. Waited outside as recommended after I signed in for my scheduled appointment . Got a text, came in IMMEDIATELY (within 1 min from the Text) . After still having to wait inside (what I was trying to avoid) I inquired why I was still waiting. they tried to tell me they called my name and I didn't respond. Seriously? I was standing by the window. She called someone else's name (who didn't respond), didn't ask who I was, then she takes another patient back. We are all under a lot of stress. Making an appointment and waiting outside were things I did to keep myself safe. She even got annoyed when I wanted to get my hand sanitizer after having to use their stylus in the draw room. She snapped at me when I told her I didn't have any paper work (mine is always electronically transmitted)- of course I was the one "with the attitude". Fortunately she did do a nice job finding a vein and drawing my blood. Too bad their system and customer service is a complete fail! read more

I had an excellent experience at this Quest Diagnostics location. The staff member that assisted me, I believe her name was Arnita, was excellent. She was professional, friendly, comforting (I was nervous!), and very clearly skilled at her job. I will definitely be going back to this location should I need blood work done again. read more

Nice location, TERRIBLE customer service. The woman who checked me in was very terse and unwelcoming. She took my name and then gestured vaguely towards a door. I was getting blood drawn for some tests, and she just walked me to a room without another word, didn't even offer me a seat and just started grabbing for needles and test tubes. I've had blood drawn before, and usually the nurse will explain what they're going to do or some small talk. Not so here. This woman looked annoyed at everything. She drew my blood, put a bandaid on my arm, said a curt goodbye, and left the room. What the heck? She didn't even bother to give me the usual advice you get after having blood drawn: hydrate, eat healthy, get rest, etc. I'm appalled. Never coming here again. read more

Setting up the appointment for a simply blood type test was easy. The person who drew my blood was very nice and efficient. Getting the results has been impossible even after four phone calls, setting up My Quest account and five emails. No luck. They certainly processed my payment with world record efficiency but two weeks later...still no results after promising a 48 hour turnaround. read more

Best Quest experience I have ever had. I typically dread going to have labs drawn at Quest but today I made an appointment online. I was 5 mins early, signed in, and within 1 minute of sitting I was called back to have my labs drawn. The labs were ordered and showed properly in the system. Everything flowed smoothly and the nice, kind lab technician was very friendly and had great customer service. I was out and back in my car within 20 mins! It was a great experience! read more
