I will start by saying I do not like to give out 1 star to ANY place of business. It has to be pretty bad for me to rate an establishment this rating but my experience should have been negative stars if allowed.
I have taken numerous drug tests over the years, and I have never experienced service as disappointing as what I received at ARCpoint Labs.
I brought my daughter in for her first drug test after graduating from college, and the experience was unnecessarily difficult from the start. Ari was abrupt, rude, and made us feel as though our presence was an inconvenience. We initially had to leave because we could not wait an hour due to a prior meeting. When we returned, we were told that we needed a different code because it was our second visit.
When I asked questions about the code and why the original one would not work, Ari was extremely dismissive and offered no solutions. I asked to speak with a manager, and she told me she was the manager. I found it very concerning that someone in a leadership position would handle a customer concern in such an unprofessional manner.
After I asked who else I could speak with, Ari contacted the owner. He was ultimately able to enter the exact same code that initially had supposedly not worked. While I appreciate that the owner resolved the issue, there was no apology, acknowledgment, or accountability from either Ari or the owner. I also specifically asked to speak with the owner, but he never came out to address my concerns.
What should have been a simple and routine process turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience that required multiple visits and escalation just to get resolved.
I strongly recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of places that can provide this simple service while treating customers with basic courtesy and respect. read more
