Despite explaining the progression and severity of my symptoms, the initial plan was to avoid prescribing medication. I had to advocate for myself to receive a Medrol Dose Pack due to the level of discomfort I was experiencing and was advised to take Sudafed and ibuprofen. By Friday, my condition had worsened. I contacted the clinic to report that I was not improving and was instead feeling worse. I was advised to add a cough suppressant and finish the steroid pack, with instructions to call back if needed. I was not offered an in-person reassessment despite reporting symptom progression. That evening, my fever spiked. The following morning, I sought care at a different urgent care facility, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with acute bronchitis (pneumonia was ruled out with xray). I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that my worsening condition did not prompt appropriate follow-up or reassessment. Patients rely on urgent care centers for timely evaluation and intervention, especially when symptoms escalate. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet that expectation. I will never return.

My experiences with urgent care facilities has been fair at best. Until now. I went to Total Access on Mexico road on a Monday morning. I was able to make an appt online beforehand. The site claimed this would eliminate having to wait. It was true. I walked in ten minutes before my appt time, and was greeted friendly and professionally. Within one minute of filling out my admittance form, they called me in. My vitals were taken immediately, and I waited no more than 2-3 minutes before the doctor came in. She examined me, and also talked to me about what was going on, my health history, etc. She diagnosed me correctly and ordered a shot and two prescriptions. The shot was given to me within a couple of minutes and then they came in with my prescriptions! Filled on site. No need to call in to a pharmacy and make another trip. I was out in less than 20 minutes, took my meds and was feeling better in just a couple of hours. If that wasn't enough, three days later I received a call from them just checking in to make sure I was feeling better and the mess worked! Total Access was total professional and everyone there was lovely to deal with. I cannot recommend this place high enough - even if you have to drive an extra few miles or so, this place is the best!

This place is such a joke. Then they say this gal will get you rescheduled, so I sit down with her, after about 5-7 mins of her just staring at her computer, I ask her what's up. She says, 'Well,, as you can probably tell we have a CT tech problem and I can't find any on the schedule anytime in the near future.' She says ' You're probably better off just going to the hospital and have them do one'. Well I won't be looking for anything from them anytime soon.

They have access to your medical information. And for me, the copay is the same as my primary doc--much better than going to the ER. It's just navigating the schedule to actually get in that may be tricky, depending upon how urgent your need is.

They talked to me, asked questions and gave me some good advice on how to relieve my pain until I could get into the oral surgeon. I picked this one because I drove by recently and the building looked very new, I knew where it was, it was covered by our insurance and because of the Yelp reviews and that someone said they were good for kids. I went to the light and came around back of the CVS this is really the easiest way to get in. We showed up before the doors were unlocked. We were the first people in line. In the first 10 minutes on a Saturday they had about 6 other walk ins. They seemed to handle the rush well. The office staff was prompt and professional. The nurse was very kind, patient and gentle with an upset kid who was in pain. We had to have x-rays. Our x-ray person was also top flight and did great with the situation. We saw Dr. Powers who was awesome. We saw him very quickly after all that he read the x-rays and assessed us. Ultimately just based on the age of the patient and severity transferred us to children's. He said he could/would take care of us but that they were more geared for what we needed. We went to a pediatric emergency room and even though he talked to them on the phone and sent the x-rays and paper work over it took them 4 hours and calls to several specialists to come to the same conclusion he came to cake to in 15 minutes. Ultimately he was correct we needed the resources to treat the situation in someone so young they had and it was the right choice and they did an excellent job. The folks at this Concentrate were great. They we're up front about prices and very friendly. Once in the examination room the doctor was quick to see me and took a very pragmatic approach to my injury. He didn't try to up-sell me on stitches or anything else. Nurse was great at administering shot and dressing my wound. They also gave me a bag of goodies (bandages, ointment) to help keep cut clean and help it heal.
