There was plenty of seating. The place was clean and quiet. My phlebotomist Bryah was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and a terrific stick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I would go back without hesitation. I wish we could all get past this trend of looking for problems where they don't exist.

My experiences with urgent care facilities has been fair at best. Until now. I went to Total Access on Mexico road on a Monday morning. I was able to make an appt online beforehand. The site claimed this would eliminate having to wait. It was true. I walked in ten minutes before my appt time, and was greeted friendly and professionally. Within one minute of filling out my admittance form, they called me in. My vitals were taken immediately, and I waited no more than 2-3 minutes before the doctor came in. She examined me, and also talked to me about what was going on, my health history, etc. She diagnosed me correctly and ordered a shot and two prescriptions. The shot was given to me within a couple of minutes and then they came in with my prescriptions! Filled on site. No need to call in to a pharmacy and make another trip. I was out in less than 20 minutes, took my meds and was feeling better in just a couple of hours. If that wasn't enough, three days later I received a call from them just checking in to make sure I was feeling better and the mess worked! Total Access was total professional and everyone there was lovely to deal with. I cannot recommend this place high enough - even if you have to drive an extra few miles or so, this place is the best!

Lady that answered (believe her name was Emily) then asked what my symptoms were and helped me get an appt within 2 hrs of my call. I filled out the paperwork that was sent to me via text. Walked in for appt was taken back w/in 5 min of scheduled time. Seen by nurse practitioner and doc came in before I left as well to see if I had questions and understood diagnosis. I was in and out in a hour. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

This location has main floor disabled accessible bathrooms, and vending machines. Lab Corp makes it easy to schedule appointments online and the day of your appointment you can check in online or at the kiosk and even wait in your car. I am usually taken on time or early for my appointment. I have had a good experience with most of the phlebotomists, they seem to care and try to make the experience as easy as possible. except today it took three sticks to be able to get all the blood needed. The test results are posted online fairly quickly.

I lucked out as Zach, the owner, just happened to be at this location for the day. The appointment was very straightforward to book and communication with Zach was very easy. The office itself is fairly simple to find and very clean and modern inside. Since this was my first visit, I had purchased a new patient package that included a discounted Dexa and 3D body scan. I'm a very analytical person when it comes to my health, so I thought this would be great information! The two scans took no more than 15 minutes and I had the data printed out nicely in a folder. Zach then went above and beyond carefully going through all of the data, while also giving a lot of input of how it all relates to my everyday life. The attention to detail was more than what I could've asked for. The whole process took a little less than a hour. At the end of the appointment, I had already committed to a larger package that included several follow up scans to make sure I am progressing towards my goals from the Dexa. DexaFit is such a great resource to the community. Make sure you request Zach!

Recently I had an appointment for labs, walked into the waiting room where every chair was full. I scanned my card and in a few minutes they called my name. Everyone stared at the tech who said, "She has an appointment." The tech told me lots of folks drop in straight from dr visits. Painless as usual. And if you're nice to them, you'll always get a smile.

She was stating that our child's blood was clotting too fast, but then said that it was because he had too much callus built up on his foot. Due to my background, I suggested you switching feet, but instead said she stuck him two times in the same foot. I do not feel like we got the quality of care that my son deserved and maybe there just needs to be more training especially when it comes to babies. I understand it's difficult and not easy especially with parents. As well as the long wait times when it was just us.

The technician I had was very thorough, took her time and was super personable. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and that I was aware of all that she was doing and we had a nice conversation during the entire ultrasound. I highly recommend. Amy was wonderful and Jalisha (sp?) at the front desk was a delight.
