I don't get all the low reviews for this location. This is my first time going to any Quest so maybe I just hit them on a good day. Kiosk was very handy and it worked well. There was plenty of seating. The place was clean and quiet. My phlebotomist Bryah was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and a terrific stick. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I would go back without hesitation. I wish we could all get past this trend of looking for problems where they don't exist. read more

Got my blood drawn here the other day by Erin, she was amazing! Didn't hurt and she was so quick I barely had time to finish my sentence. I don't like seeing my blood get drawn because it makes me feel sick so I always try to look around the room and anxiously wait for it to be over, but when Erin did it, she asked me a question, I answered it and before I could finish my answer she was done. I didn't have to anxiously look around the room or anything! The location was also very clean, I didn't have an appointment but I was able to get in and out. Our appt got lost in their system. An 11:10 appt they claimed was for 4PM though I have their text on my phone confirming the 11:10 appt we set. We waited over an hour. No one would work with us to move up a new appt they required us to rebook on the system in the full waiting room. After asking 3 staff, no one would help. This place is a joke. After closing most of the offices near my house I have to go out to Saint peters. I made an appointment three days ago for 10am but when I checked in 5 minutes before my appointment there were 50 people ahead of me. I never post Yelp reviews, but I felt I had to in this case because my experience was in such stark contrast to those of many other reviewers'. I made an appointment online, which was easy. Then I had to reschedule, which was also easy. I understand how it may bother some people that you can't check in with an actual person, but I found the check-in kiosk user-friendly. I was called at my appointment time, on the dot. My phlebotomist Charis was quick and efficient. I couldn't even feel the needle. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, no waiting for anything, The whole facility looked clean and new and there was plenty of room in the waiting room. This was literally the simplest, quickest medical appointment I have ever had and I would recommend St. Peters Quest to anyone. read more

This place is something else......my doc sent me here to have some tests done and the first 2 times I was there they told me I came to late in the day and next time I should make an appointment so I called the next day to make an appointment and I got all the way the the end of the automated phone scheduling and there were "technical difficulties" and to call back later and hung up on me. I went to quest diagnostics for a drug test required by school. It says nothing about still requiring masks besides on the door. Thankfully I had one in my car. The wait was horrible, the board said 10 minutes which was more like 30. When you sign in you have the option to wait in your car which I selected. They sent me a text and I spent a good 10 minutes after the text waiting. The employee doing the test was very rude like I was bothering her. She then questioned me after I had done the test bc apparently it was "too clear". I don't think they are supposed to question you but I'm not too sure. Overall this location is horrible. read more

I was treated very poorly by the lady who took my blood. She acted like it was a bother and she bent my insurance card in half while handing it back, I don't know if that was on purpose but the way I being treated I assumed so. I've been to the Mexico Rd location many times. I've noticed each time I go it gets a little worse than the last time, I don't know if it's poor management or what. I went to sign in, went to the kiosks bc there were no humans in sight. I filled it out, said I would wait in my car. I waited the 25 min it said then waited an additional 25, I walk in to see what's going on. As i did this i got a text saying it was time for my appointment. The door is closing in the waiting room. I stand and wait, 10 min goes by, I ring the door bell, another 10 min goes by and they come out calling a different name. I said what about me? I got a text, they said yeah we called your name. I said yeah I was in my car waiting and they said to sign back in.... I said I've already been waiting an hour. How long will that take? They said they didn't know probably another 30 MINUTES. Not an I'm sorry, oh let me get you in real quick nothing. Now I am racing to get my daughter to her first gymnastics lessons. I'm furious that they didn't even apologize. I have been here numerous times and am always 100% happy with the service and expertise of the employees. Today was different. I took my 80 yr old mother to have blood drawn. My mom has had issues with blood draws in the past so she was nervous. The technician we had didn't seem knowledgeable. She asked me how many tests the doctor ordered, I asked if she had the order from the doctor because it should list that info. She seemed confused by the Dr's order and had difficulty entering the info from the paperwork and had to leave the room 4 times to ask for help. Finally, I left the room to ask the technician in the next room if this employee was ok or if we should have someone else take care of my mom, she told me the employee was new but was experienced. I returned and she completed the blood draw without issue, thankfully. She did, however, make a derogatory comment about me to my mother while I was out of the room and another snide comment before we left! Newsflash: if you're putting a needle in my elderly mother's arm and don't seem to know what you're doing, anyone in their right mind should be concerned and question you! Wow. read more

I wish you could give no stars. My husband came home angry and frustrated. He had a specimen that needed to be taken to quest within an hour. He got there and signed on but never saw his name come up. Asked for help 3 times and was spoken to like an idiot by one of the technicians. He asked her for help several times and she just kept telling him to "read the screen"! So freaking rude. Then after mocking him to her co-workers behind the glass ( he heard it all), she came back and raised her voice with him. When he finally raised his voice, she said not to speak to her that way. Who is hiring these awful people? Now the specimen collected is useless and he has to go back to the doctor and start over. That woman should have been fired immediately when the supervisor heard how she was speaking to patients. Please girl, get a job where you don't have to speak to people. I went to Quest to pick up a 24hr urine collection kit. I was not given the cup to attach to the toilet. What a flipping joke Thankfully I know how to improvise! I just returned the kit. I mentioned the missing cup Oh well. The gentleman who took care of me (Jonathan) was wearing his facemask down below his NOSE the entire time What a joke in a medical facility. The lady I met did not mention her name but was friendly. They were under renovation and it looked a tad sketch, but luckily I survived and all went well! read more

Terrible system. They have monopolized the blood test market and are terrible at keeping your appointment time. I understand that they are understaffed but the website needs a way to minimize the appointments allowed in those instances. There is no point having an appointment when there is a 70 minute wait time. I then tried rescheduling my appointment to a morning time 4 days later. I am sitting in the waiting room now with a still 16 minute+ wait time and it wouldn't allow me to use the rescheduled appointment. I am now being served as a walk in. I have had these problems with both the Quest on Bluestone and on Mexico Rd in Missouri. That leads me to believe it is not just the location that has an amplitude of issues but the company as a whole. The website and appointment system are terrible. They should at least take on the system that urgent cares are starting to use where you can check in online and they will let you know when to come up to be served in a reasonable time. I wish I could never go back to Quest but unfortunately that is my only option. read more

I went to Quest in October 2017 and everyone was very nice and polite. The gal that took my blood had the golden touch, because I didn't feel it. I returned on Friday and the person that helped me was very helpful and professional. The doctor's office hadn't sent the paperwork, so I had to reschedule. Rude as crap. Wife was getting a blood sucrose test while pregnant. She checked in and asked if she could have the drink so we didn't wait for 30 mins only to drink and wait another hour. I've always had good experiences at this location. Getting blood drawn isn't really my idea of fun. The people that work there are nice. This location also offers early morning appointments, which are convenient for me. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two pas my appointment time. read more
