You can schedule a time online but that doesn't mean anything. Walk-ins are also allowed which backs up the lab. Do Not Go On Saturday.

I came in at 7:15 am at that time there were two people drawing. The girl with maroon scrubs, Gwen, was the slowest taking someone back every thirty minutes. I called Latonya her card is on the desk told her I couldn't wait long as I had fasting I'm a diabetic and needed to eat soon. That call was 7:53am still didn't get back until 810 which shows how much they care about their patients. After that phone call, Gwen came out and essentially yelled at everyone saying how appointments are precedent over anyone else however, there were people there in the waiting room with appointments. They had been waiting well over 45 minutes past their appointment time. When Gwen called me back to the room finally she was very cold rude unfriendly and just looked extremely angry to be there. This is someone that takes a needle to you. I don't think she should be we working with people. read more

My wife's appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, but at 10:00 AM, others who arrived earlier still hadn't called in. The woman next to my wife had an appointment at 8:45 AM but still hadn't called in. This office is terrible. Especially since some of the patients are diabetic and need to have breakfast after the blood test is complete. But the wait is forever. read more

This location is located on the main floor inside a SSM medical building. They share a large waiting room with physical therapy and imaging services. This location has main floor disabled accessible bathrooms, and vending machines. Lab Corp makes it easy to schedule appointments online and the day of your appointment you can check in online or at the kiosk and even wait in your car. I am usually taken on time or early for my appointment. I have had a good experience with most of the phlebotomists, they seem to care and try to make the experience as easy as possible. except today it took three sticks to be able to get all the blood needed. The test results are posted online fairly quickly. read more

Was sent downstairs after my disabled sisters doctor appointment off Kisker Road. We waited 1.5 hours and still not called. I understand they are busy but evidently the electronic system you use is NOT working!!! Try something else. You can't even follow where you are in line. Let alone making an appointment. It doesn't matter. We walked out and hopefully another Labcorp can do better. But from looking all of them have 2.0 ratings. We shall see. Healthcare is getting ridiculous. Need for improvement in all areas. read more

Just left lab corp off Kisker Road in St. Charles, Mo. I made an appointment yesterday, their schedule had many openings. When I arrived today I was told there was a 1.5 hour wait for appointments. Why were there all those openings on the schedule? I will try Quest next time! read more

I checked in at 1:50 for at 2:00 appointment. 30 minutes go by and I ask if they are backed up because I've been waiting. The lady told me that they were just getting back from lunch. Turns out other people had been waiting a long time too. Some people had appointments at 1:30 and they hadn't been called back either. Why schedule appointments if you're not going to adhere to them?? It is now 3:00 and I STILL haven't been called back. If you schedule an appointment here just be prepared to wait. I consider myself a relatively reasonable and patient person but this is ridiculous. read more

This place sucks. Rude. Slow. It used to be good. Stay away enless you want a 2 hour wait.

Had appointment but when arrived told me two hours - this is just wrong. The lab should have sent me a text message.

I waited over a hour for an appointment I booked online. This is my 3rd attempt and my last time using this lab. They need to hire more team members to be able to accommodate the lab orders especially being in the SSM building. You can tell they are over worked and not happy. read more

I work a job that doesn't usually allow me to get off early, but I was able to today. I got to this location at 3:20PM over an hour before they closed, just to find out AN HOUR AND A HALF later that they miraculously didn't have my doctors' fax that they tried faxing both yesterday & today & then when I tried showing them my my chart file of my lab work requests the workers got very snippy with me saying they couldn't take mychart Messages & unless I could email it to them within 10 minutes I'd have to come back tomorrow. Not to mention they were going to send me back to the waiting room while I sent the email that I already had pulled up and about to send as soon as they told me an email to send to-- they never told me. I was not willing to risk not "sending it in time" or them "not getting it in time" anyway so I left in tears. I have never felt so disrespected in a healthcare environment before in my life. The ladies there made me feel stupid and made me feel like it was somehow my fault that they didn't get to me until 10 minutes before 5... when I got there at 3:20Pm and told them so. I would NEVER recommend this Labcorp to anyone. read more

I just wait 1.5 hours for them to call me back and tell me they don't do urine samples at this location. I've literally never written a review, but wtf!!? read more

Had a terrible experience at first. Long wait no assistance. Maria was able to step up and make it a great experience. Amazing work, amazing hustle. Great experience overall read more

they close before their posted hours and I drove all the way out of my way. I do not recommend this location the phone doesn't even work as I was trying to call to figure how the heck to get to check in and it wouldn't let me talk to anyone read more

Rating is zip. Not Acceptable. I signed in via the kiosk that read my driver's license. Found a seat in a crowded waiting room. Every 5 to 10 minutes a harassed-looking employee appeared at the door to bawl out a name. There was no evidence that anyone was using text messaging to communicate with patients. After 90 minutes I returned to the kiosk and observed on the monitor that my name was in about the about the middle of a list of approximately 60. There were a number of people who looked a lot worse off than I am. One or two even had attendants assisting them. I drove home. Still haven't had my blood work done. No one has called my number or sent me a message. My next step is to contact my doctor's office and ask if there are other options for the blood tests. read more

I was here for a scheduled appointment at 10:45. We asked the workers at the front desk and they said they would get to us shortly. After about 30 minutes with no sign of movement, we got up and left. The big thing for me wasn't my long wait time it was how the workers treated some of the elderly people in the waiting area. One of the workers was blatantly rude to a retired Navy veteran who was hard of hearing. "You hear your name don't you, hurry up," she said. This comment sparked some gasps from the crowd that had grown from the long wait line. The people were mean and rude all around. I can assure you I'm not going back. I hope that worker has a change in heart and begins to work with a new passion, and that Navy veteran has a very good day. read more

I made an appointment for a blood draw online. I checked in through my text when I arrived in the parking lot. When I entered the office I only had to wait one minute. My technician was awesome, Keashawna (sp?) was quick and efficient and her poke did not hurt!!! read more

Pretty bad experience here. Made right after the second trip. The issue was out of the staffs control, however the staffs attitude was not helpful. Labcorp- do your employees a service by hiring more people to support. Be sure to include the paper work needed for patients to bring with them. Organization of the center is a mess and I understand staff frustrations. Get it right from the top and your employees will be able to do better. I don't blame the staff, the organization is at fault. read more

terribly unprofessional staff in the way they speak to their patrons. they lack staff and proper ways to communicate with patrons on what to do when they arrive and where to go. this location is ridiculous read more

Made appointment online for 7:45am on a Saturday-received confirmation only to find out when I got there they didn't even open until 8. Evidently hours were to change the following Monday. Waited for over an hour, along with 4 other people who also had appointments. Very unfriendly & unprofessional employees. I hate that my insurance changes from Quest! read more

I asked -- prior to being drawn -- what tests she was drawing for. I am a nurse, so know what the tests are. She said it was on the paperwork she was giving me when done, she was only aware of what tubes. BIG MISTAKE. There was an EXPENSIVE test included that I didnt need. When I got home & read the paperwork, I realized this. I called, was connected to national number (you can't call local) who listened & connected me to local. They answered, disconnected. Twice. So I drove there again to have them remove the test. I was told they could throw it all out, have me call my Dr to modify the orders, then they would redraw what they already had. Obviously because people won't do this so Labcorp staff don't have to deal with the errors AND they get to keep the extra money. When you argue, the staff say they aren't "comfortable" talking to you -- I guess if you argue you must be a violent fiend! NEVER AGAIN. read more

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Over a month ago I went in to pick up a test. After an hour of them trying to figure it out I had to leave because I was late for work. My Doctor called and explained what it was. How as a lab and supposedly trained professionals do they not know? The woman who I was working with started yelling for someone. Yelled his name 3 times while I'm sitting there. Then without turning around she says, can you not sit behind me. I don't like it. After finally getting the test I had to explain to 3 of them that a 24 hour test was 4 times every 6 hours. They couldn't understand why I was dropping it off early. They basically told me I was stupid and my Doctor didn't know what he talking about. Well they ended up screwing it up and I had to do it again. Its now been a month and once again they messed the second test up. They are totally incompetent and horribly rude. After being late for work twice and waiting to drop off or pick up 40 minutes each time, I would advise people to go elsewhere. read more
