I have a really bad experience with this Quest location at Diamond bar. First of all, it's a difficult to find the room. I looked up on Gps it showed the building 750. I walked in and had a hard time to figure the room. It should have a sign up in the front or something noticeable. The nurse who did my blood test is pretty rude!! I was kinda nervous to get my blood test. Then she asked me to close my hand but I did it slow then she wanted me to do due to my nervousness. Then she yelled at me "my goodness jess" in my FACE!! This is so rude. Suddenly she poked a half big needle which it's not a butterfly needle in to my arm with a hard pressure and caused me a bruise in my arm!! I did probably around 3 tubes when the tube filled it needed to change to another and every time she changed the tube she pressed a pressure in it. The thing I learned from this experience is I will never go back to this Quest location again. They did pretty terrible job. And also next time I will ask for a butterfly needle. I would give a zero star if I could. I took a blood test almost a week ago. The picture is my arm today but it was more darker couple day ago. I wish it will be gone soon.

My wife came in today for scheduled bloodwork for my son. Given a Friday afternoon, it was crowded, but saw my son's name on the list confirmed they would be seen in order. As they waited, a lady came in and got the attention from the staff, and asked for a walk in, claiming she had an appointment. She didn't but they somehow gave her a spot. As my wife waited, seemingly longer, they noticed that my son's name was no longer on the monitor queue. Other customers were being called in, including some that arrived after them. My wife finally got a staff member's attention and told her the situation. The "rude" female insisted that they had no control over what the screen showed. (Odd that you can literally put people on the walk in queue but have no say with actual scheduled customers, BS). Long story short, they ended having to wait until all customers were seen, including walk appointments. After, pleading with the staff member that we were scheduled, they did nothing to help and made us wait until closing. Again, scheduled appointments are confirmed via text and email if you have been here. But no attempt to fix the situation. The worst experience ever at Quest (given we've been here several times and haven't had an issue). The horrible, staff member who would not help, and to top it off, she kept telling customers how busy they were because they were short staffed. That is no excuse when assisting customers. Second, saying that they had no control over the queue when they were clearly able to take walk ins, but mysteriously removed my son from the list. We've been to this location before, but it seems that horrible employees lower the standard of customer service and the overall business. Even worse is that so many people rely on Quest because many private doctor's offices do not handle internal bloodwork; so Quest has this massive contract with nationwide offices to do bloodwork for them. The customers who rely on Quest are our family members, whether sick, elderly, some dealing with major medical issues, yet they might come here and have to deal with the BS that my family dealt with today. Just horrible. Hoping to figure out if there is actual management or staff supervision to bring this issue to.

I checked in using the kiosk machine and it recognized my information as having an appointment. when my name was finally called. I went to the back room and they started asking me questions and stated they did not have an order for me and I would need to Leave. I tried calling right in front of them The Doctor Who referred me and they insisted I step outside. Very frustrating. I was able to call the Dr who set this up and they mentioned all my information was in the Quantom portal. As soon as I had gotten off the phone they called me back in.

I was fifth in line for those without an appt. The indoor seating area was very clean and nice and had a screen to show the list of those with appts, those without appts, and how many were being seen at the moment. As for the blood work appt I had, the lady was super nice. Everything seemed professional and clean and I was out of there really quickly! Parking was really easy. Lots of spots. I believe there are two entrances but regardless the signs to Quest are helpful. Overall, would like to go to this location again, though I hope I can get an appointment ahead of time!

I was told by the technician who provided the container, I could just drop off the filled container, no appointment needed. That was not the case. I am currently sitting as a walk in to drop off a container full of urine. It's 6 am and now I am going to be late for work. This technician told me that nobody told me to come and just drop it off. She insinuated that it wasn't this location. Providing incorrect information to patients or anyone is unacceptable. I have no idea how long I have to wait; however, as of now, I am going to be extremely late for work. I work far and the route is through a high traffic area. Who ever is in charge of this facility needs to provide training or retraining regarding all of their policies and procedures.
