Great and fast service. Hard to make an appointment online but had no problem with a walk in.

I was there for a blood draw and syrum medication. I didn't even feel the needle going in. My mix was done in excellent time. Highly recommend.

Not great? Their need for oversharing. They want my SSN, AND a copy of my driver's license (a picture, not just the number). When I fill out a form in the doctor's office, I don't mind so much, because that probably gets digitized badly if at all, but this was an annoying on-line form (even if you go to their office you are going to be doing it on your phone--ugggh!) ...Now I get it, they are a place that is used to dealing with, well "Perps". (Drug testing, paternity testing, gosh knows what else.) People being forced to use this companies services by the courts, their employers, or their sports team. In other words, people who have no choice. Well, I'm not a perp, I do have a choice. I am a person who would rather pull his pants down (bending over backwards mind you) than to share this info with people I don't know. Quick--- would you give me your email, mobile number, home address, birthday, SSN, and image of your license if I met you on the street? No? What are you hiding? I won't do anything with it... I didn't think so-- start standing up for yourself, walk out like I did, eventually they will stop demanding pointless info the nurse does not even know why they are collecting. I found Costco will do a next-day appointment for a Moderna booster as well, and they don't require ANY SSN or driver's license. I'm sure Walmart, and all the other pharmacies don't either, because they don't treat their customers like perps.

I've been twice and she has left my lower arm completely bruised and swollen. This is because of the way she inserts the needle, it breaks the vein from underneath and causes bruising everywhere. I usually go to UCLA, and now, when in MA, I will go to The Laboratory in N Andover. The tech there used the same butterfly needle as Quest and I had zero marks on my arm.

I preregistered the night before on the Quest Diagnostics website, which made check-in at the kiosk in the office lobby an extremely simple process. The two people at the check-in kiosk before me had to navigate through the screens, and it did not appear too difficult for someone mildly computer savvy. The person behind the counter will help you with it, if you have trouble, according to a note next to the kiosk. Here's how to find the office: It is located in an older office park with two buildings separated by a wooded area that completely blocks the view of the other building, so you may have to do some driving around to locate Quest. (1) Find the building with "Andover Surgery Center" on the front of it (the sign is partially obscured by a tree). (2) Quest Diagnostics is in unit 138, which is located to the left of the Andover Surgery Center sign. The number "138" is posted on the door, but there is no Quest sign. (3) Go through this exterior door and turn left. (4) Go through the hallway door and there are signs for the Elevator on your right. (5) Take the Elevator to the second floor. (6) Exit the Elevator, and "Quest Diagnostics" is across the lobby on the left. Their name is on the door.

I usually don't care for the way most doctors treat patients but Allara and Yoon are exceptional, they actually treat patients as patients not numbers. My wife and I have had horrible experiences with medical professionals but never have we had one complaint with Allara and Yoon. These guys understand that all patients are not the same. They understand that what is normal for one patient is not necessarily normal for another. They actually put some thought into your problems instead of just running down a check list. At one time I thought proper medical treatment was no existent North of Boston but after 25+ years of dealing with MFM Health I know that good health care can be found.

While the physician herself was kind and pleasant, I was extremely disappointed with the overall level of professionalism in the office. During our visit, I could hear medical assistants speaking loudly outside the exam room, asking things like, "Who's room is Ava in?" and "What room is she in again?" It did not inspire confidence, especially as a parent bringing in an infant. I ended up calling out, "Ava is in here," just to clarify. At the appointment, my daughter was supposed to receive two vaccines. About a week or two later, I received a call from the office informing me that one of the vaccines had not actually been administered. Instead, she was given saline. I was told they later found the vaccine at the bottom of an empty box. As a parent, this is extremely concerning. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in a medical setting, especially when it involves infants. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uneasy about the quality control and communication within the practice. We will be going elsewhere.
