The local lab draw stations around me would not honor the specialty lab kits I was sent (and paid for) as part of my healing journey. Most told me they only draw for physicians within their network or within the hospitals they're contracted with. Additionally, they'll only draw them if they are also going to result them. Seeing as how I was working with a specialty lab, and this specialty lab was going to provide the results that wasn't going to work. Jessica was super nice to work with: very professional. She made the whole process painless (literally) and understood the use of a specialty lab kit, which includes spinning the specimen appropriately, packaging it and sending it per the instructions. I am so thankful I found the service.

The technician who I've seen before is always nice, making a patient feel as comfortable as possible. Utmost care is taken checking your identity and labeling... The way they treated us was dismissive, biased and verbally aggressive. When we told them they were being impolite, they responded with "If you don't like it, go somewhere else!". We will not be going anywhere else. This is our community and we are paying for the services they have committed to providing. We treated them with respect and expect the same in return. These are not quality employees. I'm shocked that AFC is employing people of low character and customer service skills. Hiring not one, but two, substandard and uncultured employees as the first impression with patients in our North Andover community is disheartening. I expected better from AFC. Then - we met Chris and Kayla (both absolutely amazing). Chris is the sole reason we are giving this place such a high review. He listened to us when we wanted to discuss the poor treatment by his front desk staff, then took steps to escalate our concerns. As a professional, he went above and beyond to provide immaculate care to my mother. We could not have asked for more excellent service. He is not only amazing at what he does, but he also advised us on the best way to be seen by Lawrence General. His advice worked.
