From the moment I walked in to the follow-up days later, everything about this place exceeded my expectations for a medical facility. I showed up without an appointment and was being seen by a doctor within 15 minutes. The check-in process was seamless -- I was able to do everything from my phone, they processed my insurance in no time, and I paid my copay just minutes after filling out a few forms. The staff was kind, and I never felt rushed. The doctor took his time with the diagnosis, answered all my questions, and even got me in for X-rays right there on-site. The follow-up care was just as impressive. I called the next day to request copies of my visit and discharge paperwork, and a real person picked up immediately. No automated menus, no endless waiting -- within minutes, everything I needed was in my inbox. And then, two days later, I got a call from the staff checking on me. I stopped by this morning, 9/16/19, and the office was closed, again. I spoke to an employee at a neighboring business and, he told me the Smart Drug Testing office at 240 Commercial Street in Boston closed permanently last week. So, Smart Drug Testing made an appointment for me at a location that is now permanently closed. I checked their website this morning and, they still have this site listed as being "open for business". Now, I have to scramble and find another location by the end of business today thanks to this incompetent company. Don't give Smart Drug Testing your business!!! They are open Mondays through Saturdays with appointments as early as 7am. No one loves going for an annual mammogram but it's a must. Best to go to a facility where you feel well cared for with top-notch staff from technicians to radiologists. I appreciate the excellent care I have received here for many years.
