I had a good experience here before for a COVID test, so I decided to go here for a a COVID booster, since CVS seemed to need a week or more of notice to sign up. Great, 1-day scheduling! Not great? Their need for oversharing. They want my SSN, AND a copy of my driver's license (a picture, not just the number). When I fill out a form in the doctor's office, I don't mind so much, because that probably gets digitized badly if at all, but this was an annoying on-line form (even if you go to their office you are going to be doing it on your phone--ugggh!) ...Now I get it, they are a place that is used to dealing with, well "Perps". (Drug testing, paternity testing, gosh knows what else.) People being forced to use this companies services by the courts, their employers, or their sports team. In other words, people who have no choice. Well, I'm not a perp, I do have a choice. I am a person who would rather pull his pants down (bending over backwards mind you) than to share this info with people I don't know. Quick--- would you give me your email, mobile number, home address, birthday, SSN, and image of your license if I met you on the street? No? What are you hiding? I won't do anything with it... I didn't think so-- start standing up for yourself, walk out like I did, eventually they will stop demanding pointless info the nurse does not even know why they are collecting. I found Costco will do a next-day appointment for a Moderna booster as well, and they don't require ANY SSN or driver's license. I'm sure Walmart, and all the other pharmacies don't either, because they don't treat their customers like perps. read more

My husband and I went into ARCpoint Labs for our rapid COVID tests. We were greeted right away, there weren't more than 2 people allowed in the hallway and we went directly in for our swab rapid tests. It was seamless and everything looked clean, safe, and professional. They told us if we are positive we get an email right away and if we are negative, we will get results emailed within 24 hours. The experience was good except for the price of the test, which seemed absurd, but that's the standard. I was disappointed they didn't accept blue cross blue shield insurance for the test, but such is life sometimes! read more

I went to this lab for a required insurance medical exam. It was not conveniently located for me, but was the only option. I arrived in the wait room 10 minutes early but had to wait 40 minutes for my ~7 minute visit despite it not appearing to be busy at all (one patient left when I arrived, another came in after me and was taken back before I was, nobody else was in the office that I saw). The facilities are old and dingy. There was no mask requirement, which was unexpected to me given its supposedly a medical facility, and I was the only one wearing one at any point. Once they brought me back, my technician was pleasant and efficient, hence an extra star. Just overall a hassle and kind of gross. I will NOT go back to this location in the future. read more

My daughter and I decided to utilize ARCpoint labs for COVID 19 antibody testing. Upon arrival we were greeted offered masks (we were already wearing our own) asked to use hand sanitizer and then sign in on the computer. Thankful that there is a local spot to get COVID tested without doctor referral - rapid testing and PCR testing available (antibody testing, I think, too). Been to Woburn and Southborough sites. In Southborough we had no wait once we arrived and generally has more availability but Woburn is closer to home. Both sites are professional. Insurance not accepted. Good communication from Matt. Very professional service. A great experience overall. Be advised, however, that the COVID 19 antibody test is no longer a 30 minute result. As of 21 Apr 2020 (my test date) blood sample is now overnighted to a FL lab for diagnostics. Expect a four-day turnaround. Still waiting on my result on day 4. I expect that these requirements are in a great state of flux so just check with the lab. I would definitely use this business again. read more

I spent $149 for a hair analysis test for exposure to second hand drugs from my downstairs neighbors. Surface tests in our apartment said there was crack residue but we began to believe they were also cooking meth. We were all getting sick from it. I looked like a crackhead, friends and even my primary care doctor agreed!!! I had already done three over the counter urine tests and they showed nothing. A hair analysis test was supposed to be flawless. The test that I did at Arcpoint Labs was called the Childguard and it is designed to test for 'EXPOSURE' to 5 different drugs including cannabinoids. After a week or so it came back negative to all substances, which was odd because I smoke marijuana, now legal in the state. I'm not a heavy smoker but I smoke. There was no trace of it. Angry, I wanted a refund. Refusing to refund my money, the owner offered me a urine test for free instead. I went after a night were I had been kept awake all night by a second hand high from my neighbors, which had become all too common. We even knew what nights they binged and I would sometime stay at a friend's house for my health's sake. Well, that urine test also came back negative. Arcpoint Labs has a cutoff point where, even if you have been exposed to any of the drugs that they are testing for, if it falls below their cutoff point it won't show. So basically, if you are testing anyone, especially a child with their "Childguard" test for exposure, there's a good chance it won't show up even if the body exhibits symptoms, as mine did!!! The receptionist at the time was new and obviously not trained thoroughly. Had she told me this, I would not have wasted my money here. I advise you to not waste yours as well. read more
