I asked if she could just take me since I was already there and had been waiting and she just turned around and ignored me and started helping a different patient. Aside from them, not answering their phone from an hour not having anyone to assist you at the front desk over 10 minutes. They are rude and unprofessional. If they don't take appointments, they should say that on their website somewhere or answer their phones and say that! Absolute horrible customer service.

Overall, everyone at this location is super caring, and it's very efficient! I even got my lab results back the very next day even though it's Saturday! Super impressed! Highly recommend!!!

Review for Thomas Bowers - OC Home Blood Draw…read more As someone who works in the medical space, I have a sharp eye for sterile technique, professionalism, and quality care--and Thomas Bowers absolutely exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, his process was flawless. Thomas arrived exactly on time, followed every procedural step with precision, and executed the blood draw so smoothly I didn't even feel the needle go in. That level of skill alone deserves praise. But what truly stood out was his attention to detail, calm demeanor, and the respect he showed for both the clinical process and my home environment. After the draw, he personally delivered my samples to Quest and followed up via text to ensure everything was handled. And just when I thought the experience couldn't be more impressive, I received a beautiful thank you card featuring a photo of elephants--an unexpected, thoughtful touch that now sits proudly in my home. Thomas is a class act. This is concierge-level care with clinical-grade precision. I've already referred him to several friends and can confidently say he'll be my go-to for all future blood draws.

Thomas is an excellent phlebotomist and I will definitely work with him again!!!

Huge chip on her shoulder. No one should be talked to in this way. The customer was friendly and asking for help. Also, there was no one to help at the front counter. I was as shocked as was she. I promptly turned around and walked out. I will be having my blood drawn at another location. I think if a manager had been present she would have been terminated immediately. I'm always feeling very comfortable and at ease with them as they're explaining what's being done! What I like about this place as this is open at 7AM which gives me plenty of time to find adequate parking out on the streets before everything else in that building even opens up for the day! And even when the streets are filled with parked cars along the curb, parking in the pay parking area is still dirt cheap! $2 per hour! Can't beat it! I highly recommend going to this laboratory to have your blood work needs done! I wouldn't trade this for anything! I recall my former physician attempting to talk me into having my blood work done elsewhere, but I was adamant about continuing to go to this one here just because she happened to experience bruising from one of her own veins there, but as I mentioned earlier, I never experienced any issues with the lab or anything! Anyway, will continue going until next year because I will be relocating to Texas!
