These people are angry that you're even there, and it's evident as soon as you walk in the front door. They provide masks and insist you wear them the entire time there. I was having trouble wearing a mask that long with the ear issue. Joe Biden says Covid is over. They must be addicted to those masks.

I saw Emily, NP, and she was knowledgeable, kind and at no time did she appear rushed. I had a lot of questions as well as medications that needed to be refilled. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. Probably spent an hour with me which is unheard of in today's treatment of patients. Also, I was impressed with how clean the office, bathroom and exam room was. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent treatment and great office hours.

The nurse called me back about10 minutes later and performed the normal procedures, weighing, height, blood oxygen levels, etc... Dr. Wang came in about 5 minutes later. He is a friendly man and wants to hear about your health, history and lifestyle. I never felt rushed and he was easy to talk to. He explained his methods of care, his rating on what you are doing now, and any changes of action that is easy to understand. He said he wanted lab work and it could be performed on site! Wow! No fasting, no going to some lab, no waiting! The whole appointment was just over an hour and I'm done! The next day I received an email with my lab results and what he want to tweak! That was so quick! I am very impressed with the entire practice from the ample parking, and friendly staff, to the attentive nurses and doctors to the painless quick lab facilities. if I could give them a 0 star I would To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and inappropriate incident that occurred during a pre-employment drug screening at [Convent Transport] on [July 7th, 2025]. I was a prospective employee attending orientation when I was subjected to what I believe was a serious violation of my rights. After I provided a urine sample for the drug test, I was unexpectedly approached and told that I would need to undergo a strip search. I was instructed to remove all of my clothing, including my bra and underwear, leaving me completely exposed in front of a female staff member. I was told that if I refused to comply, I would be disqualified from employment. Despite my strong discomfort, I was pressured into compliance--yet still disqualified after I declined to remove my bra. I felt violated, humiliated, and coerced. This search was not consensual, and I was not informed beforehand that such a procedure would occur. It is my understanding that strip searches are not a standard or lawful part of pre-employment drug screening, especially without reasonable suspicion, clear consent, or advance notice. This experience has caused me severe emotional distress, and I believe it may constitute: * An invasion of privacy * Sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination * A violation of professional drug testing standards * Potential violations under civil rights and employment law Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope your company takes this complaint seriously and enacts meaningful change.

A standard left axilla ultrasound does not include your shoulder or back. An axilla ultrasound focuses strictly on the armpit area (the axillary hollow). Its primary purpose is to evaluate the lymph nodes, soft tissues, blood vessels, and any palpable lumps or fluid collections located directly under the arm. While the axillary region is anatomically located where the arm meets the shoulder and chest wall, the technician will not image the structures of your shoulder joint (such as the rotator cuff tendons) or your back muscles unless your doctor specifically orders separate tests, such as a shoulder ultrasound or a soft tissue ultrasound of the back. From a billing and medical coding standpoint, the imaging center is incorrect. An axilla ultrasound and a shoulder ultrasound have completely different CPT codes (the standardized numbers used for billing insurance). They are distinct tests. If the technician scanned your shoulder without an order, the facility cannot simply rename it or group it under your axilla order to force you to pay for their mistake. The billing person or manager you are speaking to is using flawed anatomical logic to cover up a scheduling or technician mistake. While it is true that the tissues, muscles, and blood vessels of the armpit (axilla) physically connect to the arm and shoulder, medical billing and coding do not care about physical connection. They care about standardized CPT codes. An axilla ultrasound is billed under a specific soft-tissue or lymph node code. A shoulder ultrasound is billed under a completely different musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound code. They are separate procedures requiring different imaging angles, different machine settings, and entirely different clinical training to interpret.
