I FINALLY got someone to say they would not see me until less than 30 minutes before my appointment. This despite the fact they were taking walk-ins. At 5 minutes after my appointment time, I figured out they had removed my appointment. Behind the counter, you could hear them, it was not work, it is just their little club, laughing and joking. Everyone in their little club, when they would look at patients, there was complete disdain on their faces. Also, I would leave this review on their social media pages, but of course, they have reviews blocked. No surprise.

The fax my doctor had sent had an incorrect spelling of my last name, one letter. I have a very unique last name, no one else would have this name, my birthday is on there as well. This order could not be associated with anyone else and this clerical error could have been fixed afterwards. I checked and it wasn't against HIPPA nor was it against labcorp policy. They refused to accept the appointment without a correct spelling. Maybe don't be a robot and be a human being with your own cognition and just do the appointment anyway and fix the spelling afterwards. Now I'm sure I'd get the same sort of robotic corporate crap at quest diagnostics, but I wasn't at quest I was at labcorp. In the future I'm not going to labcorp if I can help it because of this. The woman working there is an IDIOT, yes you could have accepted me and it would have been fixed afterwards but you wasted my time instead because youre a robot and aren't very smart.

I was a prospective employee attending orientation when I was subjected to what I believe was a serious violation of my rights. After I provided a urine sample for the drug test, I was unexpectedly approached and told that I would need to undergo a strip search. I was instructed to remove all of my clothing, including my bra and underwear, leaving me completely exposed in front of a female staff member. I was told that if I refused to comply, I would be disqualified from employment. Despite my strong discomfort, I was pressured into compliance--yet still disqualified after I declined to remove my bra. I felt violated, humiliated, and coerced. This search was not consensual, and I was not informed beforehand that such a procedure would occur. It is my understanding that strip searches are not a standard or lawful part of pre-employment drug screening, especially without reasonable suspicion, clear consent, or advance notice. This experience has caused me severe emotional distress, and I believe it may constitute: * An invasion of privacy * Sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination * A violation of professional drug testing standards * Potential violations under civil rights and employment law Thank you for your attention to this matter. My doctor sent a letter to me stating they had not yet received results (after 4 weeks). Upon calling, the CSR told me my doctor's office would need to send a signed authorization to do so. I explained to her that the office in Chattanooga, TN already had that and that I was told it would be sent as soon as results were shown. She became really hateful with me and when I asked for her name, she acted as though she couldn't hear me, then hung up on me. My insurance will receive a complaint letter from me about them (they pay 100% if I use them). AND, from now on, I will pay the 20% and go somewhere else. All I can say is a bunch of RUDE people.

I saw Emily, NP, and she was knowledgeable, kind and at no time did she appear rushed. I had a lot of questions as well as medications that needed to be refilled. She answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. Probably spent an hour with me which is unheard of in today's treatment of patients. Also, I was impressed with how clean the office, bathroom and exam room was. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent treatment and great office hours.
