I assume it was only white people there and I was black I didn't get greeted that was first thing I was talked to snappy like they were in a rush to get me out then when one of the ladies opened the door for me to go to the other side to take my test she didn't speak nor did she open the door all the way for me to enter.. so I opened the door to enter and I ask her how she was doing she dryly said "she's okay" we went into a room that was directly across from the restrooms I had drunk 2 bottles of water on my way there so I can be ready so I start attempting to have conversations with her she still didn't say much only asked for my ID and my social so after that she handed me the cup to go urine in dropped it in my hand like she was afraid to touch a black womans hand .. I went to urine when I come out there was another worker standing outside the restroom door as if she was listening to me urine she seemed startled when I came out because she was just standing there she said she was just "passing by" , but she didn't even pass by she went straight into the restroom that I came out of I now assume that she was listening and she went in behind me to see if there was any urine in the toilet which it was I drink 2 bottles of water for Gods sake. I was then told to go into the next restroom to wash my hands once I handed the lady my cup I did but once I came out things took an even more left both of the ladies were in the office and said the the urine that came out of me wasn't the right temperature I don't do any drugs at ALL and they made me feel so uncomfortable because as soon as Urinated I came right back out and gave her the cup she was right across from the restroom there's no way the temperature of my URINE was "off temperature " then she goes to say that maybe I can come back After their lunch I mean pressuring the issue about their lunch rushing me out then they go speak with a gentleman at another desk and he tells the lady that I have 15 minutes to take another test so I politely took the bottle of water to try to make myself urine again I go up to the front desk and the guy then tell me the wrong company that I was taking the drug test for I had already told them 3 times what company I was going to but he still put it in the system and now they are not telling me sorry they are telling each other sorry so then the lady come to me and tell me that she called the job and they told me I could come back I asked a time and she told me I had to go pick up my son from school so that wasn't a good time so I told her and she says I quote " well I'm doing you a favor because we normally don't do this but we just going to mark it as failed" she said that angry and loud and accused me of getting loud with her then the other 2 coworkers start talking unprofessional to me and then ran to the back but talked to the white guy that was in there to take the same drug test as me with so much respect and also spoke to him it's so sad that racism is still here with everything going on when will we come together I don't think we ever will karma will come around and you'll remember my name ..Raven Sims P.S I didn't get the job due to this when I have 3 children to take care because of the color of my skin

I was a prospective employee attending orientation when I was subjected to what I believe was a serious violation of my rights. After I provided a urine sample for the drug test, I was unexpectedly approached and told that I would need to undergo a strip search. I was instructed to remove all of my clothing, including my bra and underwear, leaving me completely exposed in front of a female staff member. I was told that if I refused to comply, I would be disqualified from employment. Despite my strong discomfort, I was pressured into compliance--yet still disqualified after I declined to remove my bra. I felt violated, humiliated, and coerced. This search was not consensual, and I was not informed beforehand that such a procedure would occur. It is my understanding that strip searches are not a standard or lawful part of pre-employment drug screening, especially without reasonable suspicion, clear consent, or advance notice. This experience has caused me severe emotional distress, and I believe it may constitute: * An invasion of privacy * Sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination * A violation of professional drug testing standards * Potential violations under civil rights and employment law Thank you for your attention to this matter. The fax my doctor had sent had an incorrect spelling of my last name, one letter. It's obviously me…read moreby all the other information including me telling them around what time the fax was sent over as it had been a while. I have a very unique last name, no one else would have this name, my birthday is on there as well. This order could not be associated with anyone else and this clerical error could have been fixed afterwards. I checked and it wasn't against HIPPA nor was it against labcorp policy. They refused to accept the appointment without a correct spelling. Maybe don't be a robot and be a human being with your own cognition and just do the appointment anyway and fix the spelling afterwards. Now I'm sure I'd get the same sort of robotic corporate crap at quest diagnostics, but I wasn't at quest I was at labcorp. In the future I'm not going to labcorp if I can help it because of this. The woman working there is an IDIOT, yes you could have accepted me and it would have been fixed afterwards but you wasted my time instead because youre a robot and aren't very smart.

My partner was given steroids for an issue and he had a reaction to them. The steroids were…read morehelping, so he called them and asked if he could be prescribed a different kind. Note, he made clear to the dr that he has had other steroids and didn't have that reaction. It was just this one. (Which she then tried to gaslight me on and tell me he didn't tell her that and didn't tell her the symptoms were continuing. I was in the same room. I hesrd him.) Apparently ignoring that, the dragon said he would have this reaction to ANY type they put him on and that he should go to an ENT because they don't have what they need to do further tests that they couldn't do. (For what? She didn't say. We already knew he had an ear infection from his first visit and the steroids WERE helping until he had the reaction.) When I asked if she was refusing further medical treatment at this time she said No! Of course not! If he wants to come in- Apparently having forgotten that she had said before that they didn't have what they supposedly needed to test him. Insurance fraud on top of everything?

The CEO finally returned my daughters call concerning the treatment of my special needs grandson by…read moreone of their NP, He assured her action would be taken , all we can do is hope that happens , so no other family has to go through what my daughter did. I don't see anything good coming from this , due to the NP being untruthful about what happened, we will never use this facility again, and I still advise against anyone with a special needs family member from taking them to this clinic and I plan on letting other families in the community on other social medias know about this NP at this location.
