if I could give them a 0 star I would To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and inappropriate incident that occurred during a pre-employment drug screening at [Convent Transport] on [July 7th, 2025]. I was a prospective employee attending orientation when I was subjected to what I believe was a serious violation of my rights.
After I provided a urine sample for the drug test, I was unexpectedly approached and told that I would need to undergo a strip search. I was instructed to remove all of my clothing, including my bra and underwear, leaving me completely exposed in front of a female staff member. I was told that if I refused to comply, I would be disqualified from employment. Despite my strong discomfort, I was pressured into compliance--yet still disqualified after I declined to remove my bra.
I felt violated, humiliated, and coerced. This search was not consensual, and I was not informed beforehand that such a procedure would occur. It is my understanding that strip searches are not a standard or lawful part of pre-employment drug screening, especially without reasonable suspicion, clear consent, or advance notice.
This experience has caused me severe emotional distress, and I believe it may constitute:
* An invasion of privacy
* Sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination
* A violation of professional drug testing standards
* Potential violations under civil rights and employment law
