The building does not validate. The people who sit at the front will tell you to use the self check-in kiosk instead of helping you. Once you check-in, your name will show up on the TV. I went in for blood work and it seemed like they were under staffed. There were about 5 people ahead of me and I had a reservation for 11am. I arrived about 1015am and was seen not too long after. This location isnt my normal one. This was the only one that had availability for the time frame that I needed. As soon as I got situated in the station, they had me verify my information and they were quick to draw my blood. She was nice and apologized for the wait.

Nothing major or serious, just need to do blood count/drawn to maintain good health. Especially when you get to be a certain age. Yesterday, I went in at 4pm knowing that the last blood drawn was at 4:30pm and 30 minutes before their closing time. Whenever I have gone to this facility, I have NEVER had any bad, problems or issues with the staff. Whether it was dropping off a sample of urine/stool or drawing blood. Rosario drew my blood in less than 60 seconds. They are quick to admit, sign up is fast, quick like a morning/evening breeze, staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. By the time you want to sit down, they already text you and call your name to go in and get the work done. No complaints whatsoever. Bonus: close to my home!:-) Lab is BIG, CLEAN, with nice large windows and very bright inside. They are also quick to update your my chart/file by submitting your information on line. As we all know, certain responsibilities come with it. I need to pay $30 out of pocket for my copay. The remaining balance is handled by my insurance company. They have 2 bathrooms for men and for women with two stalls. Clean and sanitized. Underground parking with plenty of spaces and 2 elevators. That's all for now until my next visit. Their waiting room is big but there's also another waiting area outside the door (for another UCLA clinic) however if the waiting room for the lab is at capacity there are more seats outside. Parking lot can be a challenge. Limited parking can get full pretty quickly. There are usually parking attendants to guide you or let you know there's no spots left.

Rang and rang the doorbell and eventually a woman came out to the street and told me the person who draws blood had gone home for the day. I asked what the deal was since I had been told the day before they were open until 4 PM - - I asked do they just draw blood when they feel like it? - - Did the person who draws blood just go home because she felt like it? The woman who had come out to talk to me was upset and apologetic but said basically yes, they just go home if they feel like it. No way to do business. Don't waste your time coming here.

But no one brought me back for testing for about 45 minutes. Never have I felt so attended to without actually getting the attention I needed!
