Terrible. Absolutely filthy. The toilet looked dirtier than a gas station toilet. Workers don't greet you to make sure you're checking in properly. I ended up helping a an older guests check in. When I finally was called back, I realized only one young guy was doing any work with guests while 2 older females were laughing and have a great time chatting in the back. Went back on Monday to get the drug screen done. Older man tech was cold and rude. Raised his voice to me twice, but I ignored it because I didn't want my new job at risk with him messing with my sample. Yes, that's how much I trust this place, I waited for my neg result to post before reviewing. Was yelled at because I didn't flush the toilet (after being told I couldn't flush it because the water was turned off. How was I to know you turned it back on now?) Then told "Just do what I told you to do" when I couldn't read the tiny print on the vial to compare it to the computer screen. It costs nothing to be polite and pleasant. From prior reviews of years of bad service, it seem this is the culture of this location. TriCore is better but I had no choice as my new employer picked the lab. Quest trys to double bill every time I use them to get blood work done. They have even tried to send me to collections after my insurance paid it in full. They just keep sending bills, just to take advantage of people. read more

Absolute worst place to go to. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and ignorant. Not only do they lack common courtesy, but the rude woman i specifically dealt with raised her voice and ignored my questions and comments. Came in for an employer urine test and April Lopez was not friendly and very rude to me during my visit. I told her your kinda rude do you not enjoy your job and she responded by saying "no I'm fine, I just think you can't hear" she needs to work on her customer service and being patient with clients. Quest first thanked me for sending a lot of patients to their facility, as I am a Practice Manager at Primary Care office close by. Then in the next breath, the tech quoted me my wrong insurance coverage. When I told them it was a mistake and requested them to call my insurance, they told me they would not. The tech would not call and her explanation was that Quest outsourced their billing. I had to call my own insurance. I was able to get right back in line, but if a medical office can't access their own billing department or answer questions sufficiently, then this is not the lab for me. Later I called the main office and got the same run around. They could not answer any of my insurance questions nor would make the effort. They gave the same reason that they outsourced their billing. read more

It's been over a week since I had to take a drug test for employment at this location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Since my appointment, I have called the customer service line to ask about my results, they had told me they had no records of me in their system. WTF! I then went back to the office to ask in person for me to wait 20min in the lobby to be assisted. They did not help and just told me it is in the lab and being processed in a rude unprofessional way. The employees spoke to me in a demeaning undertone as if I am dumb. DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! I am afraid of a possibility that they could have tampered with my test and/or not even sent my test to the lab. read more

I went today 5/14/21, for a drug screen for school, never had to get a drug screen before. The two who worked there were a Hispanic man and a Hispanic lady with long brown hair. They both were super rude to everyone who came in including myself. The lady was the one who took care of me (unfortunately) and she did nothing but talk down to me and treat me as if I was stupid. If I could I would give 0 stars. DONT GO HERE. I finally snapped back at her and asked her to stop talking to me how she was. I'm even scared she would mess with my drug test. I went to have blood drawn on Saturday and I got there at 11:30am. The door was locked because the tech was by himself and was with a patient. Around 11:40, he let that patient out, opened the door and I signed in.  He took me back at 11:45, and said he didn't have the order.  I told him that I have it and I can email it to him.  He said the email will take a while and that he doesn't have time since he closes at noon.  I said that's 15 from now.  He replied by saying that by the time he gets it, and draws the lab and processes everything, that it'll be after 12 and that he doesn't have time today. This was ridiculous.  He wouldn't do it because he may have had to leave late by 5 or 10 minutes.  I told him that I'm also in the medical field, a front-line worker, and he was just like "sorry". This was such an unpleasant experience and based on this, I would have to tell everyone else to go to another lab. This was just sad. I went to the Montgomery and Louisianna location on Friday, 27 November, after an exposure to COVID-19. They said I would get test results on line within four days. It has now been one week, and I still cannot see any test results on line. My main gripe is that Quest does not offer any useful means to send a query about when I might expect to get my test results. In the mean time, I cannot go in to work for fear of having the virus while being asymptomatic. Several of the clinic phone numbers are out-of-service, and one that works is fully automated with no means to speak to a human. This complete lack of a means to communicate with Quest is frustrating. This delay in getting test results is indicative of the poor state of testing and contact tracing in this country. It is no wonder the pandemic in this country and state are completely out of control. I'm certain people with asymptomatic COVID-19 and no test results simply tire of waiting and then start returning to normal movement, assuming they are OK. This is unacceptable. read more
